INSTALLATION GUIDELINES
WARNING:
Electrical power must be turned off before electrical
connections are made.
IMPORTANT:
Follow the specifications below when installing blower.
It lists the allowable minimum and maximum injectors per each
style of injector for proper blower operations.
1. If you are unfamiliar with electrical connections, please have the installation done by
a qualified electrician.
2. Verify that the required blower motor voltage matches the line voltage, i.e. 115v or 230v.
3. All blowers must have ground wire connections.
4. Maximum allowable amp reduction when in use:
a. 1/2 amp for a 230v motor
b. 1amp for a 115v motor.
5. Leak test line before final connections are made at the blower and the tub.
6. Compact Quiet Flow Blowers can be mounted vertically or horizontally.
7. Check valves are necessary for new installations and can be purchased from your
distributor or GG Industries as follows:

b. GG Model No. 42225 / 42230 / 42235 / 42240
8. Minimum / Maximum Injector Guidelines
a. Mini / Micro Injectors – Minimum 24, Maximum 40
b. Standard Injectors – Minimum 16, Maximum 34
9. Do not glue blower directly into pipe.
WARNING:
All glue fumes in the blower should be allowed to dissipate
before turning on the blower. Motor spark could ignite fumes
causing explosion.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION NOTICE
Your blower motor is equipped with Automatic Thermal Overload Protection.
Under normal conditions, the motor will automatically shut off before heat
damage build-up can occur. The motor will auto-restart when a safe heat level
is reached.
If your blower is overheating or reaching the temperature required to activate
the thermal protector on a constant basis, we recommend having your installation
inspected for restrictions in the airline and/or improper usage of air injectors.
