Kidco Toilet Lock is a simple yet effective device that helps to keep your toilet seat and lid closed, preventing accidents and messes. It is easy to install and use, and it can be temporarily disabled if needed.

The Kidco Toilet Lock is made of durable plastic and features a push-button design that makes it easy to operate. To install the lock, simply align the slots in the lock base with the bolt holes on your toilet seat. Then, place the toilet seat over the lock base and insert the bolts. Tighten the bolts and close the bolt covers. Finally, insert the stem into the sleeve and push down until the arm is approximately 1/8" above the highest point on the toilet seat. Tighten the set screw to secure the arm in place.

I n s t a l l a t i o n
1. Open toilet seat bolt covers.
2. Unscrew bolts to remove toilet seat.
3. Align lock base slots over bolt holes (a).
4. Place toilet seat over lock base. Insert bolts, tighten and
close bolt covers.
5. Put seat and lid down. Insert stem into sleeve and push
down until arm is approximately 1/8” above highest point on
toilet seat so arm swings freely.
6. Once adjusted, tighten set screw.
O p e r a t i o n
Press down on PUSH button and swing lock arm counter-
clockwise (b). When lock arm is parallel to tank, lift lid. BUTTON
MUST BE PRESSED IN BEFORE MOVING ARM. FAILURE TO DO
SO COULD RESULT IN LOCK BREAKING. When lid is lowered,
arm will automatically reset.
To temporarily disable, hold sleeve while pressing down on
PUSH button. Lift arm near sleeve and swing clockwise to clear
toilet seat. To return to engaged position swing arm counter-
clockwise over toilet seat.

This product is not a substitute for adult supervision. Never
leave child unattended. If not completely satisfied with this
product, KidCo will replace it free of charge.
I n s t a l a c i ó n
1. Abra las cubiertas de los pernos del asiento del inodoro.
2. Destornille los pernos para quitar el asiento del inodoro.
3. Alinee las ranuras de la base del dispositivo de cierre sobre
los orificios de los pernos (a).
4. Coloque el asiento del inodoro sobre la base del dispositivo
de cierre. Introduzca los pernos, apriete y cierre las
cubiertas de los pernos.
5. Baje el asiento y la tapa. Introduzca la espiga en la manga
y presione hacia abajo hasta que el brazo quede

Presione el botón de PRESIÓN y gire el brazo del mecanismo
de cierre hacia la izquierda (b). Cuando el brazo del mecanismo
de cierre quede paralelo al tanque, levante la tapa. EL BOTÓN
SE DEBE PRESIONAR ANTES DE MOVER EL BRAZO. DE NO
HACERLO SE PUEDE OCASIONAR EL ROMPIMIENTO DEL
DISPOSITIVO DE CIERRE. Cuando se baja la tapa, el brazo se
reajustará automáticamente.
Para desembragar temporalmente, sujete la manga mientras
presiona el botón de PRESIÓN. Levante el brazo cerca de la
manga y gírelo hacia la derecha hasta que sobrepase el asiento
del sanitario. Para regresar a la posición de embrague, gire el
brazo hacia la izquierda sobre el asiento del sanitario.

I n s t a l l a t i o n
1. Ouvrir les couvre-boulons du siège du cabinet.
2. Dévisser les boulons et retirer le siège.
3. Aligner les fentes de la base du verrouille-cuvette avec les
trous des boulons (a).
4. Mettre le siège du cabinet par-dessus la base. Insérer les
boulons, les serrer, puis fermer les couvre-boulons.
5. Rabattre le siège et le couvercle. Insérer la tige dans le
manchon et pousser vers le bas jusqu’à ce que le bras soit
à environ 3mm (1/8po) au-dessus du point le plus haut du
siège, de façon à ce que le bras pivote librement.
6. Une fois la position réglée, serrer la vis pression.
U t i l i s a t i o n
Appuyer sur le bouton-poussoir et pivoter le bras de
verrouillage dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d’une montre (b).
Quand le bras est parallèle au réservoir, soulever le couvercle.
TOUJOURS ENFONCER LE BOUTON-POUSSOIR AVANT DE
BOUGER LE BRAS. L’OMISSION D’ENFONCER LE BOUTON-
POUSSOIR PEUT PROVOQUER LE BRIS DU MÉCANISME. Le bras
revient automatiquement en place quand le couvercle est rabattu.
Pour désactiver temporairement le mécanisme, retenez le
manchon tout en enfonçant le bouton-poussoir. Soulever le bras
près du manchon et le faire pivoter dans le sens des aiguilles
d’une montre de façon à dégager le siège du cabinet. Pour
réactiver le mécanisme, faire pivoter le bras dans le sens
contraire des aiguilles d’une montre de façon à le ramener
au-dessus du siège.
