Using the two hexagon-
headed screws, attach the
rear bar according to the
stencil length.

Rear bar must be
parallel to the rear
frame profile.
Tighten the two hexagon-headed
screws.

Unwind the nuts from the
stretching screws by about
10 mm.

Unwind the nuts from the
rear bar by about 4 mm.

Orient the stencil according
to the coding side (offset
for stencil cut-out on rear
bar).

Insert the stencil on pins in rear
clamping bar and close it with
holding bar.

Fasten the nuts on
clamping bar lightly.

Unwind the nuts from the
front bar by about 4mm.

Insert the stencil on pins in
front stretching bar and
close it with holding bar.

Fasten the nuts on
stretching bar lightly.

Tighten the nuts of
stretching units evenly to
lightly tension of the stencil.

bars normally.

The gap between locker on
the stretching screw and
the bar should be approx.
3 mm for required working
tension.
