Chapter1 System Introduction
1.1 System Description
PalmPass®
®®
® One Management System applies the advanced non-contact biometric t
echnology and integrates it into computer networking,
communication,information tech
nology to form a comprehensive solution to the enterprise.
PalmPass®
®®
® One Management System is based on the B/S architecture. It takes pa
lm and software platform as the core to realize integrated management platform of th
e commonly used application in enterprises,such as access control, attendance,
consum
ption,
personnel management,
express delivery,etc.It helps to realize enterprise informat
ization by effectively improving management efficiency of the enterprise through “one
palm and one warehouse”.
PalmPass®
®®
® One Management System as a palm vein recognition device,includes
application server,authentication server and PSN900,etc. The application server, also known
as the database server, stores and processes integrated information across the enterprise
intelligent system. The application server provides data for the other systems, and collects
data uploaded by various functional modules. These data will be saved, processed, calculated
and classified. Users will be able to search and manage these data after log-in to the server
via network .Authentication server authenticates palm vein samples of enterprise personnel
in a real-time and fast way. Palm vein recognition devices, like PSN 900, also known as
terminal devices, will upload acquired palm vein data to the application server real-timely.
The application server then sends an authentication request to the authentication server for
authentication.
PalmPass® One Management System’s Technical Advantage
Real-time comparison technology through serverfast-completed the 1:N recognition;
No data on the terminal equipmentsafe and reliable;
The application of multithread concurrency technology improves the processing
capacity of CPU;
Set N+1 for the server to ensure stable running of the system.
