This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children
unless they are aged from 8 years and above and supervised.

SAFETY WARNING(R-600a Models Only)
This appliance contains a certain amount of isobutane refrigerant (R600a) a natural gas with high
environmental compatibility that is, however, also combustible.
When transporting and installing the appliance, care should be taken to ensure that no parts of the
refrigerating circuit are damaged. Refrigerant squirting out of the pipes could ignite or cause an eye
injury. If a leak is detected, avoid any naked flames or potential sources of ignition and air the room in
which appliance is standing for several minutes.
In order to avoid the creation of a flammable gas-air mixture if a leak in the refrigerating
circuit occurs, the size of the room in which the appliance may be sited depends on the
amount of refrigerant used.
The room must be 1m³ in size for every 8g of R600a refrigerant inside the appliance. The
amount of refrigerant is shown on the identification plate inside the appliance.
Never start up an appliance showing any signs of damage. lf in doubt, consult your dealer.

You must not operate the appliance in a dark.
This appliance is heavy. Care should be taken when moving it.
Do not remove not touch items from the freezer compartment if
your hands are wet, as this could cause skin abrasions or
frost/freezer burns.
Avoid prolonged exposure of the appliance to direct sunlight.

Daily use
Do not put hot dishes or hot materials on the plastic parts in the
appliance.
Do not place food products directly against the rear wall.
Frozen food must not be re-frozen once it has been the thawed
out.
Store pre-packed/ready frozen food in accordance with the
frozen food manufacturer’s instructions.
Appliance’s manufactures storage recommendations should be
strictly adhered to. Refer to relevant instructions.
Do not place carbonated of fizzy drinks in the freezer
compartment as it creates pressure on the container, which may
cause it to explode, resulting in damage to the appliance.
Ice lollies can cause frost burns if consumed straight from the
appliance.
Please take care when using the appliance in closing the doors
carefully ensuring fingers are not trapped and placed inside
carefully to ensure damage to the appliance does not occur.
Care and cleaning
Before maintenance, switch off the appliance and disconnect the
main plug from the main socket.
Do not clean the appliance with metal objects.
Do not use sharp objects to remove frost from the appliance. Use
a plastic scraper.
Regularly examine the drain in the refrigerator for defrosted
water. If necessary, clean the drain. If the drain is blocked, water
will collect in the bottom of appliance.

GENERAL INSTALLATION
Leave the appliance to stand for 2-4hours before switching on to
allow the gases to s le.
Wait 2-3 hours un l the inside gets cold enough er the rst power
plug-in, then store foods inside(There can be some smell on ini al
opera on of the refrigerator er plugging in. The smell fades away
as the refrigerator works and doors are opened and closed.
The appliance can be noisy for rst 7-10 days whilst se ng.

The door seals may seem very tight for the first few days. This is
normal and does not indicate a fault.
WARNING
It must be possible to disconnect the appliance from the mains power
supply; the plug must therefore be easily accessible after installation.
Electrical Connection
Before plugging in, ensure that the voltage and frequency shown on the
rating plate correspond to your domestic power supply. This appliance
MUST BE PLUGGED in an EARTHED SOCKET. The power supply cable plug
is provided with contact for this purpose. If the domestic power supply is
not earthed, connect the appliance to a separate earth in compliance
with current regulations, consulting qualified electrician. The
manufacturer declines all responsibility if the above safety precaution are
not observed.
For the appliance:
If you are using a socket with an earthed terminal, you do not
require a separate earthed connection.
Use of a non-earthed socket:
Connect the “earthed wire” to the steel plate and bury it at depth
of at least 25cm in the ground.
1. Ventilation
Do not block air vents. If they are blocked during operation, the oven may
overheat and eventually cause a failure. For proper ventilation, allow
above 20cm of space between freezer sides, rear and the minimum
height of free space necessary above the top surface of the freezer is
70cm.
2. Steady, flat location
This oven should be set on a steady, flat surface. This freezer is designed
for domestic use only.
3. Leave space behind and side
All air vents should be kept a clearance. If all vents are covered during
operation, the appliance may overheat and, eventually, failure.
4. Away from radio and TV sets
Poor television reception and radio interference may result if the oven is
located close to a TV, Radio antenna, feeder and so on. Position the
freezer as far from them as possible.
5. Away from heating appliance and water taps
Keep the oven away from hot air, steam or Splash when choosing a place
to position it, or the insulation might be adversely affected and
breakdowns occur.
The appliance should be installed well away from sources of heat such as
radiators, boilers, direct sunlight etc. Ensure that air can circulate freely
around the backa of the cabinet. To ensure best performance if the
appliance is positioned below an overhanging wall unit the minimum
distance between the top of the cabinet and the wall unit must be at least
20 cm ideally. However the appliance should not be positioned below
overhanging wall units. Accurate levelling is ensured by one or more
adjustable feet at the base of the cabinet.

6. Power supply
Check your local power source. This appliance requires a current of
approximately 0.45A(input), 240V 50Hz.
Power supply cord is about 1.7 meters long.
• The voltage used must be the same as specied on this appliance. Using
a higher voltage may result in a re or other accident causing oven
damage. Using low voltage will cause failure of operaon. We are not
responsible for damage resulng from use of this appliance with a voltage
of ampere fuse other than those specied.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer
or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a
hazard.

If the front of the appliances slightly higher than the rear, the door can be
opened and closed more easily.

TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
1. The appliance does not operate. Please Check:
- Power failure/cut,
- Power plug may be unplugged,
- Circuit breaker has tripped,
- Damage to the mains lead,
- correct seng of the temperature controls.
2. The temperature inside the compartments is not low enough, Check
for:
- Temperature control not set on proper posion
- Door openings,
- Installaon near a heat source,
- inhibited air circulaon.

3. Vibration or Rattling or abnormal noise. Check for:
- The floor on which the freezer is installed may be uneven or
the freezer may be unstable.( re-rotate the leveling screw)
- Unnecessary objects placed in the back side of the freezer
4. The internal light does not work. Refer to point 1 and then:
- unplug the appliance from the mains.
- check the bulb and replace if necessary.
- To change the lamp, first remove the window of the lamp by pulling
upper part forward.
- take out the lamp and replace it for a new one.
- finally set again window lamp on its place.
