Assemble the security hasp to the inside of the left
hand door by passing the flange with the oval
opening through the slot in the door and securing
with (2) 1/4-20 carriage bolts, (2) washers, and (2)
1/4-20 nuts. Attach the security hasp cover plate,
with cut-out facing down and to the OUTSIDE of
the right hand door using (2) 1/4-20 carriage bolts,
(2) washers, and (2) 1/4-20 nuts.

Assemble (4) leg levelers to the bottom of the
cabinet. Square and level the cabinet. It is
VERY important to have the front of the cabinet
square and level to maintain the cabinet, and the
contents within the cabinet In a balanced safe
state.
Louvered panels are hung from the brackets that
are welded to the cabinet back & doors. Make
sure the louvers are facing upward. Edsal bins can
then be hung from them. Always place the heavi-
est loads toward the bottom. DO NOT OVER-
LOAD or create UNBALANCED LOADS. Bin
boxes should be attached to the cabinet before
attaching them to the doors.

Louvered Panels
Door Shelves are assembled to the doors with the
flange upward. Use (2) 1/4-20 x 1/2” slotted truss
head bolts and nuts to fasten the shelves. When
loading shelves, always keep the heavier loads
toward the bottom and in a balanced state.

Assemble the shelves to the louvers that are
welded to the cabinet sides. Make sure the
shelves are flush with the back of the cabinet.
Always be sure to evenly distribute the weight
stored on each shelf. Always keep heavier loads
toward the bottom.
