nohasslewarrantywithnomailinwarrantycardneeded. This
warrantydoesnotcoverdamagesinshipment,failurescaused
byotherproductsnotsuppliedbyChannel Vision Technology,
orfailuresduetoaccident,misuse,actsofGod,abuse,or
alterationoftheequipment. Thiswarrantyisextendedonlyto
theoriginalpurchaser,andapurchasereceipt,invoice,orother
proofoforiginalpurchasedatewillberequiredbeforewarranty
repairsareprovided.
Mailinservicecanbeobtainedduringthewarrantyperiodby
calling(800)840-0288tollfree. A Return Authorizationnumber
mustbeobtainedinadvanceandcanbemarkedontheoutsideof
theshippingcarton.
