WORK AREA SAFETY
• Keep your work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
• Keep bystanders, children, and visitors away while operating an inator. Distractions can cause
you to lose control.
• Operate inator in an open area at least 18 in. away from any wall or object that could restrict
the ow of fresh air to ventilation openings.
• Do not operate inator near ammable liquids or in gaseous or explosive atmospheres. Internal
sparks may ignite fumes.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
• To reduce the risk of electrical shock, do not put inator in water or other liquid. Do not place or
store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
• Use this product only with batteries and chargers listed in tool/appliance/battery pack/charger
correlation supplement.
PERSONAL SAFETY
• Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating an inator. Do
not use inator while tired or under the inuence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of
inattention while operating inator may result in serious personal injury.
• Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. Proper footing and balance
enable better control of the inator in unexpected situations.
• Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat,
or hearing protection must be used for appropriate conditions.
• Eye protection is required to guard against ying fasteners and debris which could cause severe
eye injury.
• Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Contain long hair. Loose clothes, jewelry, or long hair can
be drawn into air vents.
• Do not use on a ladder or unstable support. Stable footing on a solid surface enables better
control of the inator in unexpected situations.
• Do not disassemble the inator.
• Do not store your inator in a damp or wet location. Do not store in locations where the
temperature is less than 50°F (10°C) or more than 100°F (40°C). Do not store in outside sheds
or in vehicles.
INFLATOR USE & CARE
• Check hoses for weak or worn condition before each use, making certain all connections are
secure. Do not use if defect is found. Purchase a new hose or notify an authorized service
center for examination or repair.

• Release all pressures within the system slowly. Dust and debris may be harmful.
• Do not use inator if switch does not turn it on or off. An inator that cannot be controlled with
the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
• Place the switch off position before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing
the inator. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the inator accidentally.
• Store idle inators out of reach of children and other untrained persons. Inators are dangerous
in the hands of untrained users.
• Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, and any other condition
that may affect the inator’s operation. If damaged, have the inator serviced before using. Many
accidents are caused by poorly maintained tools.
• Use only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for your model. Accessories
that may be suitable for one inator may create a risk of injury when used on another inator.
• Keep the inator and its handle dry, clean and free from oil and grease. Always use a clean
cloth when cleaning. Never use brake uids, gasoline, petroleum-based products, or any strong
solvents to clean your inator. Following this rule will reduce the risk of loss of control and
deterioration of the enclosure plastic.
• Never point any inator toward yourself or others.
• Do not exceed the pressure rating of any component in the system.
• Protect material lines and air lines from damage or puncture. Keep hose and power cord away
from sharp objects, chemical spills, oil, solvents, and wet oors.
SERVICE
• Inator service must be performed only by qualied repair personnel. Service or maintenance
performed by unqualied personnel may result in a risk of injury.
• When servicing an inator, use only identical replacement parts. Follow instructions in the
Maintenance section of this manual. Use of unauthorized parts or failure to follow Maintenance
instructions may create a risk of shock or injury.
SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES
• Know your inator. Read operator’s manual carefully. Learn its applications and limitations, as
well as the specic potential hazards related to this tool. Following this rule will reduce the risk of
electric shock, re, or serious injury.
• Risk of bursting. Do not operate inator to result in output pressure greater than marked
maximum pressure of item to be inated. Do not use at pressure greater than 160 PSI.
• To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not expose to rain. Store indoors.
• Inspect unit for cracks, pin holes, or other imperfections that could cause inator to become
unsafe. Never cut or drill holes in the inator.
• Make sure the hose is free of obstructions or snags. Entangled or snarled hoses can cause loss
of balance or footing and may become damaged.
• Use the inator only for its intended use. Do not alter or modify the unit from the original design
or function.
• Always be aware that misuse and improper handling of this inator can cause injury to yourself
and others.
• Never leave an inator unattended with the air hose attached to the item being inated.
• Do not continue to use an inator or hose that leaks air or does not function properly.
• Always disconnect the air supply and power supply before making adjustments, servicing an
inator, or when an inator is not in use.
• Do not attempt to pull or carry the inator by the hoses.
• Always follow all safety rules recommended by the manufacturer of your inator, in addition to all
safety rules for the inator. Following this rule will reduce the risk of serious personal injury.
• Household use only.
• Do not use inator as a breathing device.
• Never direct a jet of compressed air toward people or animals. Take care not to blow dust and
dirt towards yourself or others. Following this rule will reduce the risk of serious injury.

• Protect your lungs. Wear a face or dust mask if the operation is dusty. Following this rule will
reduce the risk of serious personal injury.
• Do not use this inator to spray chemicals. Your lungs can be damaged by inhaling toxic fumes.
• Check damaged parts. Before further use of the inator or air tool, a guard or other part that is
damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its
intended function. Check for alignment of moving parts, binding of moving parts, breakage of
parts, mounting, and any other conditions that may affect its operation. A guard or other part that
is damaged should be properly repaired or replaced by an authorized service center. Following
this rule will reduce the risk of shock, re, or serious injury.

• To reduce the risk of over ination, use a reliable pressure gauge periodically during ination.
The pressure gauge on the inator is for reference only and is therefore not binding for exact
values.
• Never leave the inator unattended during ination.
• Never block the inating or deating outlets while operating.
• Save these instructions. Refer to them frequently and use them to instruct others who may use
this inator. If you loan someone this inator, loan them these instructions also.

UNPACKING YOUR HANDHELD
INFLATOR
1. Remove the contents from the box. Make sure that you have all contents as listed on page 7.
2. Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage or damage occurred during shipping.
3. Do not discard the packing material until you have carefully inspected and satisfactorily
operated the product.
4. If any parts are damaged or missing, do not operate the product. Return it for replacement to
the retailer from which it was purchased.
WARNING:
If any parts are broken or missing, do not attempt to attach the battery pack or operate
the inator until the broken or missing parts are replaced. Failure to do so could result in
possible serious injury.

Battery Pack and Charger sections. The battery pack is not fully charged when it is purchased.
OPERATION
NOTICE: The inator is capable of inating to 160PSI. To avoid over ination, carefully follow
instructions on items to be inated. To avoid product damage, never exceed recommended
pressures.
BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE HANDHELD INFLATOR
This handheld inator may be used for automotive and recreational inating. This inator is not
intended for commercial use.
1. To install the battery pack, align the tongue on the battery pack with the groove in the tool
housing and slide it into place. Insert it all the way until it locks in place with a click (Fig. 1.1).
2. To remove the battery pack, slide it from the tool while pressing the release button on the front
of the pack (Fig. 1.2).
NOTE: For complete charging instructions, see the Operator’s Manual for your battery pack and
charger.

WARNING!
Improperly attached hoses or accessories can become detached under pressure and
cause serious injury. Possible air leaks can cause faulty pressure readings. Make sure all
connections are tightly secured.
INFLATOR OPERATION
NOTICE: Always leave the hose free of obstructions when the tool is not in use. Overheating could
occur if the hose is blocked.
1. Press the button to select the pressure gauge measurement: PSI, BAR, or KPA (Fig. 2).
2. Press “+” to increase the preset pressure value.
3. Press “-” to decrease the preset pressure value.
There are two nozzles on the pump head which can be used for different applications (Fig. 3).
1. The Schrader valve nozzle should be used to inate most car tires, motorcycle tires, and wider
rimmed bicycle tires.
2. The Presta valve nozzle should be used to inate most road bicycle tires and mountain bicycle
tires.
1. Make sure the battery is correctly installed. For installation instructions, see page 8.
2. Select the desired pressure gauge measurement (Fig. 4). Only inate tires to the manufacturer’s
specications.
3. Position the pump head lock so that it is perpendicular to the hose in the unlocked position.
4. If the tire’s valve stem has a locking nut, remove it.
5. Place the pump head on the tire’s valve stem and push down so that the threaded portion of the
valve stem is inside the pump head.

tire’s valve stem (Fig. 5).
7. Press the trigger switch to start the inator. Continue pressing the trigger switch during the
ination process.
8. The inator will stop when the preset pressure is reached. When this happens, release the
trigger switch.
9. Lift the pump head lock to remove the pump head from the tire valve. Replace the tire valve’s
locking nut.
10. Repeat steps on additional tires as needed.
11. Remove the battery pack before storing the handheld inator.
ACCESSORY OPERATION
The included accessories can be used for a variety of applications by inserting them into the
Schrader valve nozzle.
NOTE: When inating items that require ≤ 10 PSI, inate them in short bursts. Check after each
burst by touch or with a calibrated measuring device to determine if an accurate level of pressure
has been reached.
1. Select the appropriate accessory and insert into the Schrader valve nozzle on the pump head.
Make sure it is secure (Fig. 6).
• The tapered nozzle adapter should be used on smaller pinch valves to inate items like oats
and rafts, which usually require the user to blow air into them.
• The ball needle should be used to inate sport balls or other items that require a sport needle
for ination.
2. Insert the adapter/needle into the air valve of the item being inated.
3. Press the trigger switch to start inating.
4. When ination is complete, remove the adapter/needle from the item’s air valve.
5. Remove the adapter/needle from the Schrader valve nozzle and return it to the storage area.
NOTE: Pressure required for most sports balls is too low for an accurate reading on the digital
pressure gauge.

1. When the inator is not in use, t the hose into the storage slot on top of the tool.
2. When not in use, the tapered nozzle adapter and ball needle can be placed in the storage area
located on the side of the tool (Fig. 7).

1. Keep the handheld inator clean and clear of debris. Do not allow foreign material into the
battery port or contacts. Wipe with a dry cloth. Do not use solvents, water, or place in wet
conditions.
2. Always remove the battery pack when not using and before storing the handheld inator.
3. Keep the handheld inator stored in normal room temperature. Do not store in excessive heat.
MAINTENANCE
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics are susceptible to damage from
various types of commercial solvents and may be damaged by their use. Use clean cloth to
remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc.
WARNING!
To avoid serious personal injury, always remove the battery pack from the tool when
cleaning or performing maintenance.
