Electro-Voice 1829-20D is a solid state monaural receiver consisting of an AM/FM digital tuner and a 20 Watt RMS audio amplifier. The sound is adjusted with the VOLUME and TONE knobs, while the SELECT switch permits a choice of either the built-in tuner or an external music source as the program material. All input and output connections are made on the rear panel of the unit: screw terminals for antenna connections, power outputs for 4 Ohm and 8 Ohm direct speaker coil connections, 25 Volt and 70.
