Befre first operate the machine,please clean the machine thoroughly in order to weed out the
dust and frlly lubricate the machine.
Please confirm if the power will be used is suitable fo r the desig ned volta ge.
The rotating direction of the machine is counter- clock wis e when obse rved face to the hand wh eel.
Before turn over the machine head,please take dow n the knee li fter chai n hook.
Before trial running,please take down the bobbin and needle.
Please control the sewing speed under 1800s.p.m w ithin the f irst operation month.
Only after the machine stops,then the hand wheel ca n be operat ed.
4.In stall ing th e knee li fter m echan ism( Fig.1 )
When us e the knee lifter pedal,please use the screw
to fi x t he knee lifter lever .
Knee li fter leaver and s cr ew are p ac ke d i n t he ac-

5.Lu brica tion (Fig. 2)
1.Before running,please fill the oil at the places as
arrow shown.
2.Lubricating the hook and hook shaf t saddle.
Move the bed slide,fill the oil int the ho le A two or
three drops every day,fill the oil into the felt B four
or five drops.
3.Lubricating the feed dog support
Before running,please fill the oil i nto holes C,D,E
two or three drops.
6.Installing the thread stand(Fig.3)

The th re ad stand should be located on the right backside
of the t ab le,then tighten the nut C.

7.Installing the belt cover and bobbin winder(fig.45)
1.Install the belt cover support column into the screw
hole;
2.Install the belt cover support plate on the machine
casting;
3.Install the belt cover on the belt cover support
column and the belt cover support plate;
4.Install the bobbin winder into the cover and
adjust it to the proper position;
5.Fix the bobbin winder on the table;
6.Install the V-belt on the hand wheel,the n install the
belt cover and belt cover .

bobb in into bobbin case;
2.Dr aw the bobbin thread through the slit on th e
bobb in case,then pass through the thread tension
spri ng ,finally,draw the thread out of the slit .
Remi nd er:if the bobbin is put correctly,then draw the
bobb in thread as A,the bobbin will rotates as B.

Loosen the nut and adjust the cam link assembl ing
position.

b.At the lowe st position B, the mi n. Pr esser foot
vertical stroke is got.
2.Usually, the srtoke of outer presser foot is same as that of
the inner presser foot.
A.Loosen the screw ;
b.When the thread take-up lever is at its highest
position,lay down the presser bar lever;
c.Adjust the feed crank to leftwa rd(A directon)
to increase the presser foot stroke.contrary,adjust
the feed crank to rightwa rd (b direction) to
decrease the presser foot stroke.

18.A djust ing th e heigh t of fee d dog(F ig.1 6)
The s ta ndard position of feed dog is 1mm higher than the
surf ac e of throat plate .
Plea se adjust it as folowing order according to sewing
requ ir ement or after change a new feed dog:
1.Pl ea se confirm the highest position of feed dog;
2.lo os en the screw ;
3.Th e h eight can be adjustd by turning eccentric pin(P22).
4.Af te r the requred height is got, tighten the screw .

1.Adjust the stitch dial to figure3
2.Turn the hand wheel to lower the needle bar to its
lowest position, and loosen the scrwe ;
3.confirm the standard height of needle bar:Lift the
needle bar up to 2.4mm from its lowest position, there
should be1.7mm clearance hetween upside of needle
hole and the tip of hook blade ;the lowest position
of needle bar is that there is a clearance of 55.2mm
from the bottom of needle bar rocking frame to the
bottom of needle bar.
4.Loosen the screw ,move the gear cover , and
loosen the screw and screw ;
5.Loosen the screw ,move the hook shaft saddle left-
ward or rightward,assure the clearance between the
tip of hook blade and needle is 0~0.5mm, after
finish, tighten the screw;
6.Make the tip of hook blade align with the center of
needle bar,then tighten the screw ;
7.Turn the hand wheel clockwise, tighten the screws
alternately.

Afte r c hanging hook , please confirm the position of
need le guard plate. The standard position of needle guard
plat e i s that needle guard plate is to uc he d w it h t he
flan k s ide of needle slightly, i f n ot ,b en d t he pl ate and
adju st the position:
1.If th e needle guard plate bends inward, please a djust
the p la te outward with a screwdriver;
2.If th e needle guard plate bends outward,please adjust
the p la te inward with a screwdriver;

1.Tu rn the hand wheel to make the inner hook guide
reac h i ts final position;
2.Tu rn the bobbin case as the direction shown by arrow

of in ne r hook guide as arrow shown direction,assure
the c le arance between the inner hook guide and the
bobb in case flange is about 0.1~0.15mm.

1.Adjusting the relationship between the inner presser
foot bar and pressing bar:
a.Adjust the stitch dial to min.figure;
b.Loosen the screw , adjust the distance between
theinner presser foot bar and pressing bar to
7.5mm.
Note:Dont make any clearance at axis direction of
needle bar frame.
2.Adjusting the relationship between the feed dog and
needle bar:
a.Adjust the stitch dial to min.figure;
b.Loosen the screw ;
c.Adjust the position of feed dog to make the needle
ali gn with the center of needle hole on the throat
plate(towards to the operator slightly).

If th e h ook blocks the thread when running ,the safety
clut ch device will work, which make the lower timing
pull ey rotate without load.
1.Re st ore as following order:
a.cl ea n the thread blocked in the hook;
b.Pr es s the button and turn the hand wh ee l a t r ev er se
dire ction.
2.Ad ju sting the force of safety clutch:
Turn th e screw clockwise(A directi on ) t o i nc re as e
the f or ce, contary, turn the screw counter-clockwise(B
dire ct ion)to decrease the force.
24.R eload ing th e timin g belt (Fig. 22)
1.Un lo ading the timing belt:
a.Lo os en the screw , , , , ;
b.Ta ke the hand wheel and bushing down;
c.Pu ll the feed lever , outward to make the timing
belt have enough space to pass through;
d.Ta ke down the belt and take it out from the bush lole of
uppe r shaft.
2.Re lo ading the timing belt;
a.Th e l oading order of timing belt is the reverse order
of un lo ading;
b.Ad ju sting the timing relationship between upper
shaf t and lower shaft;
Turn th e hand wheel to lift the thread take-up lever to
its h ig hest position, turn the lower shaft to make the first
scre w o n the collar align with the mark on the
rear bu shing of lower shaft,under this condition, install
the b el t on the lower timing pulley .
