Wolf Range RM is a gas-operated griddle with thermostatic controls, designed for commercial use. It features grooved or flat griddles and is designed to be installed on non-combustible counters with 4-inch legs or combustible floors with 24-inch high cabinets or stands. The griddle has a minimum clearance of 6 inches on the sides and rear from adjacent wall construction.

This appliance is not capable of being operated in the event of a power failure. A separate gas shut-off valve should be installed in the gas line ahead of the unit, as required by codes. The gas supply line must be 3/4" or larger.
