Self-contained Premier refrigerated display cases
Short form specications
Exterior sides shall be 22-gauge stainless steel. Exterior back and bottom shall
be 20-gauge galvanized metal. Exterior front shall be trimmed with 22-gauge
stainless steel.
Interior top, back and bottom shall have 22-gauge stainless steel. Interior ends
shall be thermoformed ABS plastic material. Cabinet shall be insulated with
2.00" (5.1cm) of high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane. A 0.25" (0.6cm)
thick plate glass mirror shall be mounted at an angle in the rear of the cabinet,
in front of the evaporator coil and blower fan.
Doors shall be 0.50" (1.3cm) thick thermopane glass, and shall be self-clos-
ing. Doors shall be easily removable for cleaning.
Cabinet shall have (2) 10.00" (25.4cm) deep removable epoxy-coated wire
shelves. Cabinet shall have (1) uorescent light xture with ON/OFF switch.
Unit shall be supplied with wall-mounting angle on the back, with (2) adjust-
able brackets shipped loose for eld installation. NOTE: The instructions
included in the installation manual must be followed exactly to prevent personal
injury or damage to the equipment.
Compressor shall be mounted at the rear of the cabinet, and shall include a
condenser coil and hot gas condensate evaporator. Refrigerant ow shall be
controlled by a capillary tube. Refrigeration system shall use HFC-404A refriger-
ant, and maintain 36°F (2°C) to 40°F (4°C) interior cabinet temperature.
Electrical connections shall be 120 volts, 60 Hertz, single phase. Unit shall
have a 8' (2.4m) long cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
