Steel Motorcycle Carrier
Instructions for Part # MCC-600
General Guidelines
It is the user’s responsibility to read and follow all instructions.
Keep these instructions with the product at all times and review before each use.
It is the responsibility of this product’s owner to furnish the instructions to any person that borrows or pur-
chases the product.
Inspect the product before use to ensure it is assembled properly and all parts are in safe working order and
free of defects.
Never modify this product in any way.
All circumstances cannot be addressed in these instructions. Please use common sense and practice gen-
eral safety measures when using this product.
Parts and/or instructions are subject to change without notice.
Safety
Do not exceed the 600 lb weight capacity. Distribute the load evenly.
Never exceed the maximum tongue weight rating of your trailer hitch (check the weight sticker on the trailer
hitch).
Some vehicles may require air shocks or heavier springs to stien up the suspension to prevent sagging.
Please check with the dealer or manufacturer to determine the carrying/hauling capacity of your vehicle.
NOT recommended for use with hitch adapters/extensions.
Only load the carrier on at and level surfaces capable of supporting its maximum load.
Prior to transport, make sure the ramp of the carrier and the motorcycle are properly secured to the carrier.
When not in use, store the carrier in a secure place out of the reach of children.
Be aware of the possible re risk and property damage resulting from the vehicle’s exhaust system pointing
at or running near the cargo in the carrier. Do not use if this condition exists.
NOT recommended for tow-behind trailers, including 5th wheel trailers and camping trailers, motor-homes,
or RVs.
Maintenance
It is recommended that the general condition of any steel motorcycle carrier be examined each time before
it is used. Keep your steel motorcycle carrier in good repair by adopting a program of conscientious repair
and maintenance. Check misalignment, loose or damaged parts, and any other condition that may aect
its safe operation. If any abnormal vibrations or noise occur, have the problem corrected before further use.
Have necessary repairs made by qualied service personnel.
Before each use, make sure any dirt, debris, oil, grease, etc. is cleaned o the carrier. Clean the carrier with
a clean, moist cloth. Do not use solvents.
Periodically check all hardware for tightness.

Assembly
Step 1. Place the carrier base (A) upside down on a sold work surface. Fit the hitch tube in place,
ensuring the hitch tube is towards the back of the carrier. Secure with M10x25 bolts (H) and lock nuts
(J). Tighten with 17mm wrenches.
Step 2. Fit the support bars (B) in place and secure with M10x50 bolts (G) and lock nuts (J). It may
be necessary to prop up the end of the carrier base on a sturdy, stable object to insert the bolts. With
the bolt head on top of the carrier base and the nut on the support bar, tighten with a 6mm hex key
and 17mm wrench. Turn the carrier right-side-up.

Step 3. Attach the tire loop (E) to the carrier base using M10x20 bolts (I) and lock nuts (J). Tighten
with 17mm wrenches.
Step 4. Attach the tire cradle to the carrier base using M10x20 bolts (I) and lock nuts (J). Choose the
placement that is appropriate for the size of your tire. Tighten with 17mm wrenches.
Step 5. Attach the ramp to the support bars using nylon washers (N), at washers (M), and wing nuts
(O). Secure in place with safety pins (P).

Installation
Operation
1. Install the bolts into the anti-tilt bracket (K), placing the longer bolts at the front and back holes
and the shorter bolts at the center side holes. Slide the anti-tilt onto the hitch tube with the at side
towards the vehicle hitch receiver.
2. With assistance, lift the empty carrier and slide the hitch tube into the vehicle hitch receiver. Se-
cure with the hitch pin and clip (L).
3. Fit the anti-tilt against the hitch receiver and tighten all bolts securely and evenly with a 17mm
wrench.
1. Remove the wing nut and pin assembles to release the ramp.
2. Remove the ramp and place the end rung onto the hook end of the plat-
form, making sure the ramp is securely in place. The bottom end of the
ramp must rest at on a solid, level surface when loading and unloading
equipment.
3. Make sure the wheel cradle is set to the appropriate position and tie
downs (sold separately) are in place.
4. Shift the motorcycle into neutral and, with another person’s assistance, push it up the ramp. Push
the motorcycle completely onto the carrier platform until the front wheel rests in place.
5. Properly secure the motorcycle using tie down straps (sold separately).
6. Return the ramp to the mounted position and secure with the wing nut assemblies.
7. Attach any needed markers and/or lights to the carrier and motorcycle as required by vehicle
codes.

Product Warranty and Liability
GENERAL PRODUCT WARRANTY: Products purchased from the Authorized Dealer (original place
of purchase) or Merchant (“Dealer”) will be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of
receipt, and will meet the specications stated at the place of purchase transaction or online at the
Dealer’s website, under normal use and service when correctly installed, operated and maintained.
This product warranty is eective for the period of time stated below, unless otherwise stated in the
product instructions or depicted in the product advertisement. All Authorized Dealer warranties are
NON-TRANSFERABLE and cover only the original end purchaser. This limited warranty does not
cover products purchased through non-authorized dealers. Non-authorized dealer receipts are not
accepted for warranty verication.
***Warranty claims must be made directly to the original place of purchase.***
WARRANTY PERIOD: This warranty remains in force for one year from the date of the product’s
accepted delivery. The Authorized Dealer oers a one year manufacturer’s warranty for most products
unless otherwise specied on the product advertisement.
WARRANTY SERVICE: The Authorized Dealer will replace any defective or malfunctioning part at
no charge, including payment of the shipping costs of parts or replacement product to and from the
manufacturer. The purchaser is responsible for labor charges. If the product does not meet specica-
tions as depicted in the advertisement, the Authorized Dealer will refund the full purchase price of the
product.
Questions regarding the warranty on a specic product and warranty claims should be directed to the
Authorized Dealer with whom the purchase transaction was made.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS: The above warranty does not apply to products that are repaired, modi-
ed or altered by any party other than the Authorized Dealer; are subjected to unusual physical stress
or conditions (such as overloaded ramps or corrosion), natural disaster, governmental actions, wars,
strikes, labor disputes, riots, theft, vandalism, terrorism or any reason beyond reasonable control; are
damaged due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident or negligence in use, storage, trans-
portation or handling, or tampering; or to products that are considered consumable items or items
requiring repair or replacement due to normal wear and tear.
Product should be inspected prior to signing for delivery. Product damage incurred during shipping,
unless noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery, renders this warranty void.
LIMITED LIABILITY: In no event shall THE AUTHORIZED DEALER be liable to the purchaser or any
third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising
out of the use of the product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the prod-
uct or any third party products that are used in or with the product, or loss of use of the product or any
third party products that are used in or with the product.
