Reading and storing the user manual
This user manual is part of the Rechargeable Hand Mixer (hereinafter also
called “device”). It contains important information on how to set up and
use the device.
Before using the device, read the operating manual carefully, in particular
the safety instructions. Failure to follow this operating manual may
lead to severe injuries or product damage.
This user manual is based on the standards and regulations that are valid
within the Australia. Outside the Australia, please also note the
country-specific directives and laws.
Keep this operating manual for future reference. If you pass this device
on to a third party, you must also supply this operating manual.
• Do not expose this product to rain or moisture.
• Do not temper or change or modify the product in any way.
• Only use Accessories outlined and recommended by the manufacturer.
• Please do not expose the product to splashing or water contact

SAFETY INSTRUCTION
Please read the instructions carefully before using
the product and follow the following operations
1. The product is not allowed to be used when the product breaks
down, falls o or is damaged in other ways. In this case, please send
the product to the nearest service center for inspection and repair.
2. It is not allowed to hang a USB charging cable over the edge of a
counter or table or place it on a high surface temperature while
charging.
3. Do not put the motor unit into water or other liquids to avoid fire,
electric leakage, and personal injury.
4. During operation, hands, clothes, scrapers and other kitchen
appliances should be kept away from the moving parts of the
product to reduce the risk of personal injury or damage to the
product.
5. If there are children or vulnerable groups when using, please closely
supervise them.
6. When the product is in use, it is not allowed to forcibly remove the
whisk from the main body.Do not leave the product near a hot gas
stove or on a hot object.
7. The USB cable should be removed when assembling or disassem
bling parts, or during cleaning.
8. The product should not be used for kneading dough.

9. The appliance is not intended to be used by persons (including
children) who have physical, sensory or mental disabilities or lack
experience or knowledge of its use, unless they are supervised and
instructed in relation to the use of the appliance by someone r
esponsible for their safety.
10. Children should be taken care of to ensure that they do not play with
the device.
11. The cleaning and maintenance of equipment should not be done by
children without supervision.
12. When the product is working, do not let your fingers, clothes and
hair touch the rotating parts.
13. Turn o the power switch and disconnect the power connection
before replacing accessories or moving parts.
14. Do not expose the product to the sun. Clean it up, dry it in a cool
and ventilated place, and then store it in an indoor place out of reach
of children.

Charging notes:
1. Please use the 5V== 1A adapter to charge the product. During charging,
red light is on. When fully charged, blue light is on. It takes up to 3 hrs.
till fully charge.
2. This product does not work during charging.
3. When low battery during the product is working, red light flashes.
4. Do not stir too thick ingredients with this product, or the product will
start the overload protection procedure.

a mixing bowl for whipping eggs.
1. For the first use, please fully charge the motor unit and clean the parts

4. When the egg white whisk is
inserted into the main unit and you
hear a “click” sound,the whisk is
installed in place.
6. It is recommended to have an interval of one minute after one working
cycle,and an interval of 30 minutes after three consecutive working cycles.
Here’s the time for each working cycle:
Setting 5: 50 seconds
Setting 4: 55 seconds
Setting 3: 60 seconds
Setting 2: 65 seconds
Setting 1: 70 seconds
Note: do not put the blade, metal spoon,
fork, chopsticks, etc. into the
mixing bowl.
5. The product is with touch control.
Double click the power-on icon to switch
on the product. The default is maximum
gear i.e. Setting 5. To change the setting,
click the power-on icon so it changes from
5 to 4 to 3 to 2 to 1. To switch o the
product, touch the power-on icon for
one second.

Chopping function:
1. For the first use, fully charge the product till blue light is on. Clean the
chopping jug, blade assembly and lid that you need to use. The blades are sharp.
Do not touch them!
2. Put the blade assembly into the blade shaft in the jug, and then put t
he clean food into the jug. Make sure the food is evenly placed in the jug.
Do not put coo much food in the jug.

3. Put the lid on the jug, and make
sure the cover the lid again, pay
attention to the limit slot cover, and
ensure that the transmission shaft
sits in the pillar of blade assembly.
The two slots on the edge of the
cover must match the two pillars
on the wall of the blending jug.
4. Then place the motor unit into the lid and ensure that the cross groove on
the motor unit is inserted into the transmission shaft on the lid.
5. Double click the power-on icon to switch on the product. The default is
maximum gear i.e. Setting 5. To change the setting, click the power-on
icon so it changes from 5 to 4 to 3 to 2 to 1. To switch o the product,
touch the power-on icon for one second.

TIPS
1. Frozen foods such as cream and eggs should be taken out in advance
and placed at room temperature for a period before mixing.
2. To prevent eggshells or rotten eggs from interfering with your
cooking, crack eggs into other containers before transferring them
to a mixing bowl.
3. It is recommended to start with a low whisk and then slowly
accelerate to a high whisk to prevent the mixture from spillage.
4. The amount of food to be chopped should not exceed the maximum
limit. Food must be cut into 15*15*15 chunks, and meat should not be
with gluten, skin or fat.
6. This product should not be used to stir fruit juices or to chop dry,
hard or pitted objects.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
1. Please clean the main unit, blade assembly and chopping jug immediately after
using the product.
2. The blade is very sharp and cannot be touched by hand. In order to avoid injury,
the water must be able to see where the blade is placed when cleaning, so the
water must be very clear.
3. Do not sterilize the parts of the product at high temperature.
4. Do not clean with abrasive or corrosive cleaners.
5. After cleaning the product, please dry or dry each part, then reassemble
and store it. If the product is not used for a long time, please charge it
once within three months for maintenance.
6. The main unit is NOT dishwasher safe. The cover of jug, the jugs, the blades
and the whisks are dishwasher safe.
