1.1 Symptom
No desktop (iCon server) display
If the “Load Fail-safe d
efaults” has been u se d in the BIOS menu the iCon will not be able
to display the server (remains in the BIOS, searching for the wrong Boot device).
The Fail-safe default BIOS settings are not the Barco default settings but the original man-
ufacturer settings.
Never use the F ail safe defaults. If necessary edit the settings manually.
The projectors shipped from 0 5/2005 onwards should have the right
(Barco) default settings.
