Turn off the water faucets and unplug the washer if the machine is to be left for an

GROUNDED
This appliance is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and
grounding plug.
The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and
grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
To ensure your personal safety and protect your property, regularly check the appliance
is properly grounded.
CAUTION
This washing machine is intended for household use.
Use the washer only for its intended purpose as described in this user guide.
Before first use, ensure the washing machine is properly installed as described in this
guide.
Regularly clean the power plug to remove dust and dirt to avoid connection failure.
To prevent personal injury or strain, wear protective gloves whenever lifting or carrying
the unit.
If a drain error occurs during operation, cease operation and check if there is a drainage
issue. If the washer is used when flooded as a result of a draining problem, it may result
in electric shock or fire due to electric leakage.
To minimize the possibility of electric shock, unplug this appliance from the power
supply or disconnect the washer at the household distribution panel by removing the
fuse or switching off the circuit breaker before attempting any maintenance or
cleaning.
If the water supply hose comes loose from the faucet and floods the appliance, cease

If the washing machine has single inlet valve, only connect it to cold water supply. If the

Do not wash articles of clothing that have been previously cleaned in, washed in,
soaked in or spotted with gasoline, dry cleaning solvents or other flammable or
explosive substances, as they give off vapours that could ignite or explode.
Do not place items exposed to cooking oil in this washing machine. Items
contaminated with cooking oils may contribute to a chemical reaction that could
cause a fire.
Do not place lit candles, mosquito-repellent incense, cigarettes and other flammable
object on the washer.
Do not install the machine near electric stoves, air heating fans and other sources of
heat.
Never insert your hand in or remove clothes from inside the spin barrel before it has
come to a complete stop.
Do not use natural hand-washing soap in the washer. If it hardens and accumulates
inside the washer, it may cause problems with the product, discoloration, rust or bad
odours.
Do not wash large laundry items such as bedding in a washing bag. Failing to do so
may result in injury due to abnormal vibrations. Place smaller items, such as lace socks
and lingerie in washing bags.
Do not place any non-laundry objects. such as shoes, food waste or animals into the
washer. This can cause abnormal vibrations that can damage the washer and in the
case of pets, cause severe injury or death.

warnings on product labels. Failure to comply with these warnings may result in serious

Do not allow children to use this washer unsupervised. Failing to do so may result in

WARNING: Place washing powder directly into the dispenser drawer.
Be sure to only use the new water supply hoses. Old water hoses
should not be reused.

Remove the packaging
Pull the carton straight up and over the top of the washing machine.
Lift the washing machine off the foam cushion.
WARNING
Operating the washing machine whilst on the foam cushion is strictly forbidden.
Do not open the carton from the top. It is easily damaged and will make it difficult to
remove.
To avoid injury to people and damage to property, do not burn the carton in a fireplace.
Packaging material can be dangerous for children. There is a risk of suffocation! Keep
all packaging away from children.

Two or more people are required to move and install the washing
machine.

Install the bottom plate
The bottom plate will help reduce machine noise and ensure optimal performance from the
washing machine during operation.
1. Carefully lay the washer on its back.
2. Attach the plate to the bottom of the machine as shown in the figure above.
3. Secure the plate in place using the 2 self-tapping screws.
4. Once the plate is secure return the washer to its upright position.
Adjusting the feet
The largest allowable slope of the base of the machine is 2°.
Slanting or rough ground will result in unstable operation or stoppage of the machine.
Adjust the feet using the following method:
Rotate the adjustable feet clockwise or counter-clockwise to raise and lower the
machine as necessary.
CAUTION
Using the washing machine without leveling it may result in malfunction caused by the
excess vibration and noise.
Unnecessarily raising the leveling feet may cause abnormal vibration of the washing
machine.

Install the drain hose
Install the hose clamp onto the drain hose.
Attach the drain hose to the drain outlet on the rear of the washing machine and use
the hose clamp to secure it firmly in place.
Route the drain hose into a standpipe or the laundry sink.
CAUTION
Ensure the drain hose is mounted between 800~1200mm above the floor.
Do not push the drain hose too far down the drainpipe or siphoning will occur.

Install the water supply hose
For one-touch faucet connectors, follow the steps below:
1. Loosen the upper connector
screw.
Note: If the diameter of the water
faucet is too large remove the guide
plate.
2. Push the upper connector so the
rubber seal is firmly contacting
the faucet. Then tighten the 4
screws.
Rotate the middle connector
counter-clockwise to secure it in
place.
3. Connect the water supply hose to
the middle connector, whilst
pushing the plate down.
To separate the water supply
hose from the middle connector,
ensure the faucet is closed then
pull the hose away from the
faucet whilst pushing the plate
down.
4. Ensure that the rubber o-ring is
seated inside the hose connector.

5. Connect the water supply hose to
the water inlet valve on the rear of
the washing machine. Ensure
there are no kinks in the hose and
that it is not being crushed.
6. Repeat Steps 1-5 for the
remaining water supply hose.
For screw type connectors, follow the steps below:
1. Check that the water faucet is
working.
Attach the connector to the
faucet.
2. Screw the connector on by hand
until it is secured firmly onto the
faucet.
3. Pull down on the hose to ensure
that it is connected correctly.
4. Ensure that the rubber o-ring is
seated inside the hose connector.

5. Connect the water supply hose to

Installation checklist
1. Water supply hose(s) are connected.
Note: Run water through the hose(s) to flush dirt, scale and other debris out of the
water lines. Doing so will help prevent future problems with clogged filter screens
and will also allow you to verify which hose is hot and which is cold.
2. Power cord is plugged into a properly grounded the electrical outlet.
3. Drain hose is mounted at the correct height.
4. Washing machine is in a suitable location, on a hard, even surface away from
direct sunlight or heat sources, e.g., radiators, cooking appliances, etc.
5. Ensure the machine is level. Adjust the legs in necessary. Any floor unevenness
may result in unstable working or abnormal noise.
CAUTION
After installing the water supply hose(s) and before starting the washing machine. Open the
taps to create water pressure and check for any leaks in the connectors on both ends. If the
pressure is too high, lower it to prevent water leakage.
WARNING:
Do not overtighten the hoses. Overtightening can damage the valves
resulting in leaking and property damage.

The operation panel
A. Power button
To turn the washing machine on, press the “Power” button. To turn the machine off,
press the “Power” button again.
If the machine is turned on and has no user input within 10 minutes, the power will
automatically be turned off.
B. TheStart/Pausebutton
Press this button to start the washer operation.
During operation, press this button to pause the washer temporarily. Press it again to
resume washer operation.
C. The Programbutton
Press this button to select the desired program according to clothing material, quantity
and dirty laundry degree. The default setting is standard.

D. The Delaybutton
The display shows the time remaining (in minutes) before the cycle will finish.
Push the Delaybutton and the display will show the remaining time for the cycle to
finish (in hours). The indicator flashes to indicate that the delay function is operating.
The delay start range is 2-24hr.
Note: Each time the button is pressed, the previously set time changes by one hour
(through a 24-hour cycle).
Delay time is the delay till the wash finishes.
To cancel Delay start, press the Power button.
E. The Water Level / Temp” button
When turned on, the default setting will be the standard procedure. Press the Start /
Pausebutton, the machine will automatically detect the amount of laundry, the water
level is set automatically.
Press the “Water Level/Temp button to select the desired water level based on the
load size. The indicator displays from “1 - 8”.
When turned on, the default setting is a mix of cold and hot water. To adjust the water
temperature press and hold theWater Level/Tempbutton for 3 seconds then press
theTemp.” button to select your desired water temperature. The indicator displays
CH, “C” or “H” to represent mixed cold and hot water, cold water or hot water
respectively.
By default the rise water level is the same as the washing water level. Pressing this
button during the rinse cycle will adjust the rise water level.
F. The Process/A Dehydrationbutton
Press this button to select the desired wash processes such (soak, wash, rinse, spin,
soak-wash, wash-rinse, rinse-spin, etc.).
Pressing and holding this button for 3 seconds will place the washing machine in
dehydrationmode. Using this mode removes excess water from the load and can
help reduce the drying time of your laundry.
G. Child lock (3S)
Enable: With the machine running, if necessary, you can enable the child lock by pressing
and holding the Delay & Program buttons together for 3 seconds. The machine will
beep twice to confirm the child lock has been enabled. With the child lock on, any button
pressed will be invalid and the machine will beep once.
Disable: To cancel the child lock, press and hold the “Delay” & “Program buttons
together for 3 seconds. The machine will beep twice to confirm the child lock is cancelled.
When the program ends or in the event of an error, the child lock is automatically disabled.

dissolved detergent into the machine.
Operation steps
1. Open the lid, place the clothes and add a suitable amount of washing powder.
2. Close the lid.
3. Press the “Power” button.
4. Select the desired program and process based.
5. Press the “Start” button.
When the washing cycle has finished
When the machine stops, the buzzer will sound continuously for 6 times and the power
will be automatically cut off.
Turn off the water tap(s).
Disconnect out the power plug for safety.

WARNING
To guarantee safety, ensure the power point has been properly earthed before use.
Ensure the lid is closed when machine is running otherwise it will automatically stop
during spin process and display an error code.
The washer will not work until the water reaches the set water level.
The thickness, size and type of clothes will influence the load capacity. Be careful to
only load a reasonable amount of laundry.
It is suggested not to use high sudsing detergent. Use a low-sud or high efficiency
detergent.

Preparation before washing
Check if the laundry has any special
washing instructions.
Tie any long strips, fasten buttons and
close zippers.
The weight of the laundry shall not
exceed the rated capacity. Loosen the
laundry before placing it evenly in the tub.
When the machine is running buttons
and studs may cause noise. To reduce
the noise, turn clothes inside out or place
them in a laundry bags.
Empty pockets and remove all loose
items such as coins, hairpins etc.
Note:
Check if the laundry is suitable for machine washing.
Divide the laundry into colour fast and non-colour fast items.
Place items that do not absorb water easily into the water by hand.
For heavily soiled items, first remove loose dirt, then apply detergent directly to the
stain before washing.
For those items that may get lint or are fluffy, turn them inside out before washing.

A special circulation water flow is designed for this washer; thus, dirt and debris will collect
onto the filter. Ensure the filter is cleaned at least once every two weeks.
Disconnect the water
supply hose from the
rear of the machine.
Remove the inlet valve
filter.
Clean the filter with a brush
and water.
Install the filter and replace the water
supply hose.
Press the top of the lint filter, then pull out
of the lint filter plate.
Press the clip from the
top of the filter, then
remove the filter.
Clean the filter bag.
After cleaning, reinstall the
filter and filter plate.
