Important safety instructions for the charger and battery block
Should you come into contact with acid from the battery, immediately wash the acid off with
water. If acid gets into your eyes, immediately rinse your eyes with water and see a doctor at
once! The maximum charging time of the battery is approx. 100 minutes.
Important! When using battery-operated tools, basic safety precautions should be taken,
including those listed below, in order to reduce the risk of a fire, depleted batteries and personal
injury.
1. Read and heed the operating instructions and safety information for the charger and
battery block before use!
2. Important! Only use the charger and battery that were supplied by the manufacturer,
otherwise an accident may occur.
3. Protect the charger, battery block and power tool from moisture, e.g. from rain or snow.
4. Before using the charger, always check to ensure that all the cables are connected correctly.
5. If you discover damage to the power cables, you must discontinue using the charger. Have
the power cable replaced at once.
6. If you are not using the charger, the power plug must be disconnected from the outlet. Do
not pull the power plug by the power cable.
7. If the charger falls, or is subjected to some other serious physical shock, have it examined
for damage before the next use by a qualified specialist work shop. Damaged components
must be repaired.
8. Handle the battery block with care, never allow it to fall and do not strike it in any way.
