GB MAINTENANCE
Unplug from the power socket before performing maintenance.
Please do not immerse or spray the fan with water as this
may damage the appliance. Do not use banana oil, benzeFne,
alcohol, bleach or metal objects to wipe the surface of the fan,
as this may cause discoloration of the surface.
Surface cleaning
Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth.
If especially dirty, wipe with a soft cloth and mild
detergent.
Then wipe with a dry soft cloth.
Air inlet/outlet
Use a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust
from the air inlet and outlet. Clean regularly to avoid
the build-up of dust. Too much dust is unhealthy and
will reduce fan eciency.
Remote control
Gently wipe the surface of the remote with a soft, dry
cloth. If you don’t use the fan for a long time, remove
the battery from inside the remote control to prevent it
discharging.
Storage
If the fan will not be used for a long time it can be
placed in a plastic bag after cleaning.
