  • How often should I inspect the Arize fixtures?
What should I do if I find physical damage on the fixture?

Cleaning Instructions and Cautions
For Arize Element, Factor, Integral, Lynk and Life
DO NOT CLEAN INTERNAL SYSTEM
Arize fixtures are not designed to be disassembled and do not require cleaning of internal parts.
For safe operation, and to maximize the longevity of the luminaire; ensure that the light module and driver are clean
and free of dirt, dust, oil, or any other debris by cleaning on a regular basis. Do not apply any kind of film on the lens
or otherwise cover the driver or light engine in any way.
PERIODIC CLEANING
Should the Arize Element, Factor, Integral, Lynk or Life fixture require cleaning, use only non-abrasive, neutral (pH 6-8)
cleaner containing no chlorinated or aromatic hydrocarbons.
1. Make certain power is off attempting any maintenance.
2. Use mild soap/detergent (pH 6-8), or ethyl alcohol (80%).
3. Rinse with cool low pressure water (5-10 psi / 35 – 69 kPa). Do not use a high pressure hose directly on the
fixture or submerge the fixture.
4. Wipe dry with clean soft cloth.
