Technical Specification:
Description of the fault Annunciator :
1) When plant starts initially, instrument will start sensing fault after the
5 Second delay. Delay is required to allow all fault signals to get
in to set mode.
2) The instrument will constantly monitor all the faults that are preset during the
plant operation.
3) Fault logic is selectable by OPEN signal or CLOSE signal by user.
In Case of HARD Fault, which indicates higher risk :
1) The Plant will trip immediately.
2) Fault message will be display on LCD panel.
3) Generate audio-alarm and visual alarm (Tower Light flashing).
1) The Plant will not trip immediately.
2) Fault message will be display on LCD panel.
3) Generate audio-alarm and visual alarm (Tower Light flashing).
In Case the Fault is Solved in 5 Minutes or less :
1) Display will show NORMAL message.
2) Visual alarm signal will be OFF.
In Case the Fault is Not Solved in 5 Minutes or less :
1) Plant will Trip
2) Generate audio-alarm and visual alarm (Tower Light flashing).
3) Facility for operator only to stop Audio alarm.
4) After the fault is solved, Press key & key to Restart the plant
