faulty materials or workmanship. This applies only if the appliance has been used for

purposes in accordance with the instructions provided and has not been connected to

an unsuitable electricity supply, subject to misuse, neglect, damage, modification or

repair by any person not authorised by us. This guarantee is offered to you as an extra

benefit and does not affect your legal rights.

The correct electricity supply voltage is shown on the rating label attached to the

appliance.

Please read this guide carefully and retain for future reference and maintenance. This

appliance has been designed and manufactured to the highest international standards

but care should be taken in order to achieve the best results and highest safety. This

appliance also meets the requirements of EU Directive 2004/106/EC for EMC and

2009/125/EC Directive.

Step 1: Remove your heater from the box. Step 2: Aached to the cardboard packing is small screw pack,

keep this safe.

Step 3: Remove the lid, there is one screw holding this in place. The lid hinges from the grill.

Step 4: For xing there are two keyhole slots, and one

securing hole.

Step 5: Put the heater in posion and mark all xing points.

Step 6: Remove heater and check the level, adjust if

needed.

Step 7: Select most appropriate xing method.

Step 8: Depending on wall construcon, drill holes for

appropriate xing.

Step 9: Insert two screws in the keyhole xing points. Leave

approximately 15mm of the head exposed.

Step 10: Using 1.5mm2 ex, cut the length required and strip the end.

Step 11: Feed the stripped end through the back of the

heater.

Step 12: Connect the line and neutral conductors to the

terminal block in the heater marked L & N (This heater is

double insulated and does not require earth).

Step 13: Check connecons, un-pack cable clamp and

two screws from the screw pack.

Step 14: Clamp the cable.

Step 15: Place the heater on the two screws using the

key hole slots.

Step 16: Fix top screw ensuring not to clamp the mains cable.

Do not over ghten as the screw can pull through the plasc.

Step 17: Tighten the two screws in the keyhole slots.

Ensuring not to over ghten.

Step 18: It is possible to bend or move the LED indicaon light

when installing. Check this is straight and poinng away from

the wall.

Step 19: Install the lid, this must be inserted at the

boom and hinged upward.

Step 20: Place the lid on the heater and ensure that you have

not clamped any leads. Using the screws in the screw pack, x

the lid using the 3 xing points.

Step 21: Insert the screw covers if required.

Step 22: Wire the end of your ex into the Fused connecon

unit. This heater must be permanently connected to the

electricity supply via a double pole switch having 3mm gap on

each pole. There are no excepons. A switched Fused

Connecon unit to BS.1363 is recommended.

Step 23: Before switching the heater on ensure the lid is

on, without the lid the heater will not work properly and

will overheat.

Step 24: Check the thermostat is set to maximum showing the

4 dots.

Step 25: Switch power to the heater on and you should see a green light on the front of the heater. You now have

20 seconds to pair the heater. Please refer to the controllers user manual for pairing. In this scenario, we are using

an SLPB controller.

Step 26: Press and hold the buon on SLPB. The indicang light will change from green to

amber in a rotang sequence to show that it is pairing.

Step 27: The heater will switch red and run. Here you

can check if the fan is running. If it switches o aer a

short me the controller is not telling the heater to run.

Press the buon once more unl all rings show green.

Troubleshoong

The fan is not spinning

Soluon:

Check lid tment if not installed correctly it can clamp the impeller and stop it moving freely.

Slow red ashing light

Soluon:

the thermostat needs to be set higher as the room is warmer than the set temperature.

Fast red ashing red light

Soluon:

Is the lid on the heater? If yes, check if the fan can spin using the methods above.
