Step 1:

Locateexcouplingservicekitinsideunit.ThekitislocatedinthesamecompartmentastheIOM.Ensurealllisted

itemsarepresent.

Note: Remove all loose material and components from inside of unit before start up.

Step 2:

Locatecondensatedrainoutletondrainpan.

Step 3:

Removethecouplingfromthebagandinstallitonthedrainpan.Installthecouplingbyslidingitoverthecondensate

drainoutletuntilitbuttsupagainsttheinstall–stopontheoutlet.

Note:Couplingmustbeushwithstoptopreventleakingandbuildup.CouplingcanacceptSchedule40/80,3/4”

PVCOR1”coppertubing.Donotuseanypipedope,oil,lubricants,oradditivestoinstallthecoupling.

Inserttheeld-suppliedP-trapintotheopensideofthecoupling.EnsurethattheP-Trapandthecondensatedrain

outletbutttogetherinsidethecoupling.

Note:P-TrapNotIncluded.Couplingmustbuttagainstthecondensatedrainoutlettopreventleakingandbuildup.

Step 6:

Tightenhoseclampstopreventleaking.Approximately30-45in.lbs.Donotovertightenasthiscanresultin

potentialleaks.

Note:Donotusepowertools/drillmotorstotighten.
