Please read the instructions carefully before operating the unit.

Connecting power

Connect an AC adapter (not supplied) to the DC IN 5V jack of the unit and to the mains socket.

Battery operation

1. Remove the lid of the battery compartment by sliding it outward in the direction of the arrow.

2. Insert 3 1.5V R6/UM3/AA size batteries into the compartment. Make sure to match their polarities (+/-) to the markings

inside the compartment.

LISTENING TO THE RADIO

1. Slide the ON/OFF ON

2. Use the FM/MW band selector to select band.

3. Use the Tuning knob to tune to your desired radio station.

4. Adjust the volume level with VOLUME knob.

5. Slide the ON/OFF OFF

To enhance radio reception ability:

FM: Extend the telescopic antenna.

MW: Rotate the unit horizontally for optimum reception.

LISTENING WITH EARPHONES

Connect earphones (not included) to the earphone jack on the left side of unit.
