Q : How to charge the headset

Carefully align “CHG “ port(Located at the right side headset) with the charging pins on

the base. The distance between two earmuffs may be larger after long time wearing,

so please press both the sides and top of the headset and make the necessary adjustment.

Make sure they make a good connection until green charging indicator light is displayed.

Turn off the headset while charging, so this doesn't ruin your battery and keeps it long

Q: I already plugged everything in, but I still can't hear any sound from the headset

The most frequent causes of this are the following:

No valid audio signal being fed into the transmitter. If you're using the RCA ports on your

TV, ensure you use the red/white ports labeled “AUDIO OUT”, any other (non-labeled)

red/white ports are incorrect and usually for input.

Check if the the red or white RCA cord is loose. Make sure both are connected well with

your TV.

Check if you can hear any sound by plugging the headphones directly into the TV audio

out.

Q: The sound from the TV is not consistent

1) Check if there is a radio playing in the room. The radio frequency will interfere the

TV signal. Please turn off the radio.

2) Check if the power adapter and the base is too close; if the base and the TV is too close.

Keep both distance no less than 0.5m to avoid interference.

3) When the signal is too poor to receive, the headset will turn into dormant state, Please

press “AUTO TUNE” button on the headset.

4) If TV sound is too low, headset can’t receive the signal, please kindly turn up the

volume of TV.

Q : How can I get the sound come through both the headphones and

the TV. I want other people in the room to hear the TV too.

1) For many older models of TV, the internal TV speaker is muted when any of the audio

output ports are connected (AUX, RCA, Optical, etc). For some TVs, e.g. LG, you can

choose to play audio from both the internal TV speakers and an external audio device

simultaneously. Please set your TV as below steps:

2) For some TVS that may don’t have audio setting, you should connect the RF

headphone system to the cable box or set top box instead of the TV.<br>

3) Use an external speaker with audio splitter. e.g. use a 3.5mm audio splitter to share

the TV audio with an EXTERNAL SPEAKER in addition to the MD863.

Q : How can I get the sound only come through both the headphones?

I don’t want other people in the room to hear the TV.

1) You can choose to play audio from only the internal TV speakers. Please set your TV

as below steps:
