Attach wheels (#5) to the holes of the five star base (#4).

Remove black cap that is protecting the tip of the gas lift (#3),

then insert gas lift (#3) to the five star base (#4).

Align seat plate (#2) to the holes of the seat (#1),

then secure by using bolts (#A).

Attach seat plate (#2) to the gas lift (#3).
