This Manual contains instructions and warnings that must be followed during the installation and operation of the product described in this manual.
Failure to comply may invalidate the warranty and cause property damage or personal injury.
To remove the AC charger unit from the supply mains, the appliance inlet serves as a disconnect device.
If any of the following situations arise, schedule an appointment to have your equipment inspected by a service technician:
The equipment has been exposed to moisture
The equipment has been dropped and damaged
The equipment shows obvious signs of breakage
The equipment is not functioning properly or is not functioning according to the instructions described in this Owner’s Manual
Use of this equipment in life support applications where failure of this equipment can reasonably be expected to cause the failure of the life support

The PS1916D1U is a 1U, rack-mountable AC charger unit that supports charging of up to 16 notebooks, netbooks, tablets or any other battery-
intensive personal electronic device that uses a 5-15P power adapter.

5. Mounting and Installation
The PS1916D1U can be mounted with any 2- or 4-post rack with an available 1U port. Mounting hardware is included for easy mounting.
Rack Installation
Attach the PS1916D1U to the rack by inserting four user-supplied screws through the mounting brackets and into the mounting holes of the rear
vertical rack rails.
Note: The PS1916D1U rack mounting depth is adjustable to a maximum depth of 2.35 inches. To adjust the unit’s mounting depth, reattach the mounting ears to a different position
on the unit using the provided M4 Phillips flat-head screws (four per side).
Insert the 5-15P plug located on the rear of the unit into the nearest
3-prong, grounded power outlet.
