SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

• Die Leuchte ist bestim mungs gemäß in

unbeschädigtem und einwandfreiem Zu -

stand zu betreiben!

• Als Ersatz dürfen nur Originalteile von

CEAG verwendet werden!

• Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme muss die

Leuchte ent sprechend den im Abschnitt

Installation genannten Anweisungen ge

prüft werden!

• Bei Durchführung von Arbeiten an der

Notleuchte sicherstellen, dass die Not

leuchte spannungsfrei geschaltet ist!

Beachten Sie dabei die unterschiedlichen

Versorgungen der Notleuchte bei Normal-

und Batteriebetrieb. Bild 1 zeigt das Hin

weisschild auf der Notleuchte.

• Die Notleuchtenkenn zeich nung vorneh

men: Stromkreis und Leuchtennummer

zuordnen und eintragen.

• Die Protokollführung gemäß der nationa

len Vorschriften ist durchzuführen (entfällt

bei automatischer Protokollierung)!

• Alle Fremdkörper müssen vor der ersten

Inbetriebnahme aus der Leuchte entfernt

werden!

• Beachten Sie bei allen Ar beiten an der

Leuchte die nationalen Sicherheits- und

Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und die

nachfolgenden Sicherheitshinweise in der

Betriebsanleitung, die mit einem

ver

sehen sind!

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• The device shall only be used for its

intended purpose and in undamaged and

perfect condition!

• Only genuine CEAG spare parts may be

used for replacement and repair!

• Prior to its initial operation, the luminaire

will have to be checked in accordance

with the instructions as per section Instal

lation!

• When working on the emergency lumi

naire make sure that it is disconnected

from the voltage! Pay attention to the

different power supplies in mains or bat

tery operation. Fig. 1 shows the indication

label on the emergency luminaire.

• Carry out the marking of the emergency

luminaire: Assign the circuit, the luminaire

No. and enter them.

• Recording in the minutes shall be per

formed in compliance with the national

regulations (is deleted in case of auto

matic recording).

• Any foreign matter shall be removed from

the luminaire prior to its initial operation!

• While undertaking any servicing on the

luminaire, the national safety rules and

regulations for prevention of accidents

shall be observed as well as the safety

instructions included in these operating

instructions marked with a

3.1 Verwendungsbereich

Rettungs- oder Sicher heitsleuchten für den

Betrieb an CEAG Sicherheitsbeleuchtungs-

anlagen mit Einzelleuchtenüberwachung

(Cewa-Guard-Technologie) und/oder mit pro-

grammierbarer Schaltbarkeit im Endstromkreis

(STAR-Technologie) geeignet.

Die Leuchten SL/RZ 3301 sind ohne Übe r-

wachungselektronik ausgerüstet und somit

weder adressierbar, noch schaltbar.

3.1 Brief description/

Scope of application

Exit or safety luminaire, suitable for operation on

CEAG safety lighting systems with single lumi-

naire monitoring (Cewa-Guard-Technology) and/

or with programmable switching mode in the

outgoing circuit (STAR-technology).

The SL/RZ 3301 is not fitted with monitor-

ing electronic and so neither addressable nor

switchable.

Achten Sie auf festen Sitz der Klemm-

schrauben!

Belassen Sie montierte Ver schlussstopfen in

nichtbenutzten Einführungen (IP-Schutz).

ATTENTION!

For the mounting and operation of electrical

apparatus, the respective national safety

regulations (e. g. equipment safety law for

Germany) as well as the general rules of

engineering will have to be observed.

Prior to installation turn off all power

supplies and secure against unauthorized

switching!

Pay attention to a tight fit of the terminal

screws!

Unused cable entries are left with their

locking plug fitted (IP protection).

4 Montage

Leuchtmittel entnehmen

•

Abdeckplatte abnehmen; mit geeignetem

Schraubendreher Laschen entriegeln

•

Elekt. Vorschaltgerät (EVG) abnehmen;

EVG im Leuchtenkörper gegen den Uhrzeiger-

sinn drehen, bis die Laschen entriegelt sind

•

Bei Montage in Zwischendecke:

Montage öffnung ausschneiden (Ø112 mm)

•

Zuleitung durch den Leuchtenkörper führen

•

Leuchtenkörper anbauen

•

Netzver bindung (L(U), N(0)) herstellen

•

Leuchte adressieren

(siehe Kapitel „5 Adressierung“)

•

EVG einsetzen und durch Drehung im

Uhrzeigersinn einrasten

•

Abdeckplatte aufsetzen

•

Leuchtmittel einsetzen

•

Leuchte kennzeichnen

Einbau wie SL 3301 CG / SL 3301, jedoch

muss vor EInbau des Leuchtenkörpers das

Befestigungsblech auf den Leuchtenkörper

aufgeschoben werden.

Abschließend:

– Würfel auf das Befestigungsblech aufsetzen

und durch Drehen einrasten.

– Leuchte kennzeichnen.

4 Installation

Dismount light source

A slotted screw driver is inserted into the lat-

eral recess on the cover to remove the cover

•

Remove electronic ballast (EVG);

turn EVG counterclockwise until latch can be

unlocked

•

Installation into recessed ceilings:

effective aperture Ø 112 mm

•

Insert wiring through the enclosure.

•

Fix enclosure

•

Connect mains to terminals L (U), N (0)

•

Address luminaire (see chapter 5)

•

Insert EVG; turn EVG clockwise until it click

into place

•

See SL 3301... Prior to fixing the mounting plate

for the Exit-cube has to be slipped onto the

enclosure.

– Set Exit-cube onto mounting plate and rotate

to fix to the bayonet of the mounting plate.

– Mark luminaire.

5 Adressierung

Stellen Sie die individuelle Leuchtenadressierung

an den Adressschaltern 1 und 2 ein. Verwenden

Sie einen geeigneten Schraubendreher (Pfeil auf

Zahl). Soll die Leuchte z. B. nicht überwacht wer-

den, ist immer die Stellung 0/0 einzustellen.

Die Leuchten SL/RZ 3301 sind nicht mit einer

Überwachungselektronik ausgerüstet und nicht

adressierbar.

5 Addressing

Before fitting the screen or bowl, the addressing

of the individual luminaires will have to be

performed. To do so, the desired address

(1 - 20) is set on the address switch by means

ofa suitable screw driver (Arrowhead to No.). If

the luminaire should not be monitored the code

0/0 has to be selected.

The luminaires SL/RZ 3301 is not equipped with

monitoring circuit and will not be addressable.

6 Funktionsprüfung

Führen Sie eine Funktionsprüfung nach Einbau

des Gesamtsystems durch.

whole system is reqired.
