The Daisy® Power™ burner has 12,000 BTUs of power, making it ideal for large quantities of food, deep-fat frying, or everyday cooking. The other three Daisy® burners each have 8,000 BTUs of power and are perfect for everyday cooking. The In-A-Top® broiler/griddle has 13,500 BTUs of power and can be used to broil steaks, chops, poultry, or seafood, or to grill sandwiches, pancakes, eggs, or French toast.
