Important Safety Instructions
Please keep this instruction manual in a safe place, along with the
warranty card, purchase receipt and carton for future reference. The
safety precautions enclosed herein reduce the risk of fi re, electric shock
and injury when correctly adhered to.
The unit has no user-serviceable parts contained within. Do not attempt
to repair, disassemble or modify the appliance.
- If the supply cord is damaged,
it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent
or a similarly qualifi ed person in
order to avoid hazard.
- The appliance is not intended for
use by young children or infi rm
persons without supervision.
- Young children should be
supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the appliance.
- Do not operate the appliance
outdoors.
- Power plug must be removed
from power socket before
cleaning, servicing, maintenance
or moving the appliance.
- The appliance should be
placed on a fl at surface while in
operation to avoid overturning.
- The appliance should not be
operated in a damp place
or high humidity (such as the
bathroom)

a. Make sure that the fi lter is
pressed into the holes of the lid
tongue and fi tted correctly.
b. Fill the water into the kettle,
make sure the water capacity is
not lower than the minimum mark
and not exceed the maximum
level
c. Ensure the lid is closed fully
d. Plug in
e. Put the kettle body onto the
base
f. Switch the unit on, make sure the
indicating light on
g. When the water boiled, the unit
will automatically cut-off and the
indicating light off
h. If the water have to be
reheated, please switch the unit
on after
several minutes of cooling down
CLEANING
Always disconnecting the kettle from the main supply when
cleaning
A. Kettle Body Cleaning
Scaling or furring up is a common problem, a water purifi er and
periodic cleaning will be always recommending.
The scaling will damage the function of the heating element and
impair the function of the dry boil protector.
a. To clean the inside of the kettle, please fi ll kettle with water, then add
2ml of white vinegar and have that boiled
b. Unplug the unit, empty the kettle
c. Re-clean at least three times with water to remove the particles.
B. Filter Cleaning
a. Take out and place the fi lter under a tap and rub gently with your
ngers. Be careful not to use anything that will tear the fi lter when
cleaning
b. Sock in a proprietary descaling agent and rub gently then rinse.
c. Descale your fi lter at regular intervals in order not to impair the
pouring performance of your kettle

sure the water fi lled is above the
minimum mark but below the
maximum level. Because boiling
water may be ejected

d. Make sure that all electrical
connections are clean and dry
e. Make sure the lid is correctly
and securely fi tted before switch
the unit on
f. Never leave the fi lter loose in the
kettle, it can be only placed on the
lid tongue
g. Never remove the fi lter when the
kettle contains hot water
h. Never fi ll the kettle while on it’s
base. If the base unit becomes
wet, unplug it prior to cleaning
i. Make sure that the kettle is
disconnected from the main supply
when not in use

a. This kettle is to be used only with
the base unit provided. If a new
base unit required, please make
sure that the model number is the
same.
b. Don’t place the kettle on a
metal tray
c. Don’t use the power base unit
to power any other appliance
other than the kettle is was
purchased with
d. Don’t lift the unit when it is
switch on
e. Don’t fi ll the kettle when it is
on. When damage occurs for the
power cord, plug or the machine,
please stop using, and send it
back to the manufacturer or
the specifi ed service center for
maintaining or replacing.
f. Don’t hold or fi x the switch ON
for long time, it will cause the
damage of the kettle or cause the
injury
g. Don’t use the kettle near a
ame, hot surface or radiant rings
of a cooker
h. Don’t use an abrasive cleaner to
clean the inside or outside of the
kettle, it will permanently scratch
the surface
i. Don’t use the kettle to boil
anything other than water
j. Don’t put any part of the hand
or body near the kettle when it is
switched on
k. Don’t wet any part of the kettle
or have that immersed in water
l. Don’t touch any part of the kettle
when it is boiling
m. Don’t open and change any
part of the kettle by yourself. Take
the unit to the repair shop for help
if anything wrong
