Quick Start Guide

Step 1 Check your Elevate 6.6 System for its contents which are:.

Step 5 Plug the BA-6640M amplifier into an AC power source. This activates important internal protective circuitry. When the amplifier is plugged in and the power

button is pressed the blue Stand By LED should be lit.

The new Elevate 6.6 whole-home audio system is the perfect 6 source, 6 zone audio system for any home. Jazz up the kitchen, do the salsa on the patio, and let the

kids listen to. . .what ever kids listen to these days. . .in the living room, and so on. You can choose music from six audio sources in up to 12 zones throughout the home.

Step 7 Connect the audio source equipment into the appropriate audio RCA connections at the back of the BA-6640. This connection is made using standard stereo

RCA cables.

Step 8 For each source 1 - 6 plug in one of the included BA-VEC IR emitters into the appropriate IR output 1 - 6 and attach the emitter mouse end to the IR receiver

window of the corresponding source equipment. This enables wireless IR communication from the source remote control to the through each of the keypads.

Step 9 At the back of each keypad, set the correct zone number using the Zone Address rotary switch, fig. 5. Note that if you are using the BA-6640XS expander

system, that the settings for zones 7 - 12 are settings 7 - C on the rotary switch. Each keypad must have its own unique zone setting. Once set and plugged in, the

keypad should be fully functional.
