HOW TO USE: Open your smoker puck's lid and add chips or pellets, then replace the lid. Put the pucks
on the grill grate, close grill lid and pre-heat. As your grill heats up, smoke will emerge from the smoker
pucks' main vent. If using pellets, smoke should appear within 15 minutes; with wood chips, smoke
should appear in 20. (Please note that wood chips do not need to be soaked prior to use in the smoker
puck.) Once the grill has come to the desired temperature, place food in the grill near smoker pucks
(with the vent pointed toward the food). Close the lid during cooking. Add more chips or pellets as
needed. Smoke should last about 45 minutes to 1 hour with pellets, and 30 to 45 minutes with
traditional wood chips.
CARE: Allow to cool before cleaning. Do not use abrasive scrubbers. Dishwasher safe.
CAUTION: Smoke pucks will get very hot. Use heat-safe gloves when handling. Be sure used wood chips
or pellets are cool before disposing.
