Limited 5-Year Warranty Everbilt Roto Molded Cooler is warranted to be

free from defects in workmanship or materials for five (5) years from

the date of original purchase. This warranty covers the original consumer

purchaser only and is not transferable. Normal wear and tear is not

covered. Abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, and damage are

not covered. If you believe your cooler is defective, please contact our

Customer Service Department for instructions. For a valid warranty claim,

we will, at our option, pay for repairs at one of our authorized repair

centers, issue a replacement product of the same or greater value or a

refund or credit. Our Limited Warranty does not cover transportation

arrangements and charges to and from the repair center.

WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING

WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY

AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR THE DURATION OF THE

WARRANTY TERM. THE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, REFUND OR CREDIT AS

PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY

AND IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS,

EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN

CONTRACT OR TORT(INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR UNDER ANY THEORY

OF LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE

COOLER OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL

DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR OTHER FINANCIAL OR OTHER LOSS ARISING

OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE COOLER, TO THE FULL EXTENT

THESE DAMAGES MAY BE DISCLAIMED BY APPLICABLE LAW. Some states,

provinces and other jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of implied

warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the

above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights.

You may also have other rights that vary depending on the applicable

jurisdiction.
