Call Customer Service if missing hardware. Do not return to store/retailer.

Using a screw that is too long will cause damage. Before beginning assembly,

separate each type of screw. Carefully study the screw diagrams below.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1:

Insert Wood Dowels (3)

into Right Side Frame (C).

Attach Front Panel (D),

Back Panel (E) and

Bottom Shelf (F) with Right

Side Frame (C) using

Barrel Nuts (2) and Bolts

(1) as shown.

Note: Ensure the threaded

insert on the Barrel Nut is

facing out towards the

adjacent hole where the

Bolt is going to through.

Step 2:

Repeat step 1 to assemble

Left Side Frame (B).

Step 3:

Insert Bottom Panel (G).

Step 4:

Attach Hinges (5) to Back

Panel (E) using Screws

(4).

Step 5:

Attach Cushion (A) to the

hinges using Screws (4).

Step 6:

Attach Springs (6) and (7)

to Cushion (A) and

Left/Right Side Frame (C)

and (B) using Screws (4).

Step 7:

Cover holes using Wood

Plugs (8).
