Brandt AD789XE1 is a kitchen hood designed for private domestic use. Do not use it for commercial or industrial purposes. You can use it in either the evacuation mode, where it vents fumes to the outside, or the recycling mode where it filters and recirculates the air back into the kitchen.

To use the evacuation mode, you will need a flue with a minimum diameter of 80 mm, made of enameled aluminum, flexible material, or LS material. If your flue is smaller than 80 mm in diameter, you must use the recycling mode.

In the recycling mode, you should add an activated carbon filter to remove odors from the air.
