Assembly
Step 1. Carefully place the main trailer body (A) upside
down to begin assembly. Place it on a large piece of card-
board or sturdy blanket to prevent scratching the surface.
Step 2. Attach the torsion axles (F1, F2) to the existing bolts on the main trailer body using M10
washers (Q) and nuts (R). The hubs should be toward the rear of the trailer.
Step 3. Attach the draw bar (B) to the main
trailer body. First, connect the electrical plug.
Then secure the draw bar with M12x35 bolts
(M) (at the end), M12x80 bolts (L) (at the cen-
ter), washers (N), and nuts (O). Only tighten
loosely at this point.
It may be helpful to have a step stool or other
sturdy object to rest the draw bar on, as the
weight will cause the trailer body to tip.

Step 4. Attach the luggage rack plate (C) to the
main trailer body and the draw bar. Make sure the
connecting holes are facing the proper direction.
Use M10x70 bolts (P), washers (Q), and nuts (R)
to connect the rack to the main trailer body and
M12x80 bolts (L), washers (N), and nuts (O) to
connect it to the draw bar.
After the luggage rack is in place, securely tighten
all bolts on the luggage rack and draw bar.
Step 5. Attach the tires (D) to the torsion axles. Remove the lug nuts, attach the tires, then replace
the lug nuts and tighten securely. Make sure the air nozzles are facing out.
Step 6. After all components are secured, ip the trailer right side up. Extend the foot to set the trailer
in a level manner. To extend the foot, pull it towards the trailer to unlock it, then rotate it out. The trail-
er jack rod (K) may be used to adjust the height.

body using M8 bolts (S), washers (T), and nuts
(U). Make sure the longer end of the fender is
towards the back of the trailer. Open the trailer to
feed the bolts through the trailer and the fenders.
Once installed, silicon ller may be used to ll any
gaps between the trailer and the fenders for im-
proved performance.
Step 8. Attach the safety chains (G) to the eye bolts on the end of the drawbar.
Step 9. Attach the LED light to the inside cover of
the trailer if desired.
