Important guidance
Applied to various places which need cooling, ventilating, misting and removing the
dust.
This cooler unit must be installed at the ventilating and dry places to make sure the
cooler absorb enough fresh air and prevent the exhausted air from the room. Leave it far
away from the chimney or the machine may cause the spark and fire.
To make sure the cooler absorb enough fresh air from outside, the unit must avoid
absorbing back the exhausted air from the room or prohibited to blow the cold air to a
closed room either. The cooler using places must have enough air capacity (every 3600m
3
/h
airflow requires no less than 0.8 m
2
air exhaust area under natural exhaust condition. While
using the machine to exhaust the air, the air capacity cannot be less than 85% of blowing
airflow. These two methods can be used together.
Please be attention spark or other fire resources no close to the cooler when it is
being installed or at working status.
Make sure this appliance soft power line and the control line correct connection, (see
attached Electric command box sketch) and the soft power line must be used with 1.5mm
2
normal PVC soft wire GB 5023.1(idt IEC60227) No.53. Each cooler unit must be installed a
small 3P,10 A breaker at the beginning of the power line.
The earth terminal is at the location of the cooler units motor shell
, a 2.5mm
2
yellow/green double color wire must be used leading to the power earth terminal when
the appliance being installed.
Make sure the rated voltage within ±5, too low may cause the cooler unit cannot start
or stop often; Long time underflow or over current may cause the cooler unit damages.

When the appliance working for the first time, it must be adjusted to ensure the unit
working current at the rated ranges.
This appliance must be installed by the trained installer. After the adjustment of the
cooler, you cannot change the power phase or default Phase. Or elsethe damage will not
be in the warrant.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
If any failure caused in the air cooler unit or the power wire break down, to avoid the
danger and stop enlarging the accident, it must stop working and be treated by authorized
maintenance person.
Equipped the metal soft pipe with the appliance to connect the water source. The old
replaced soft parts cannot be reused.
Stop running the machine when under the storm weather condition, or else the blower
may absorb the water.

Installation guide
Packing and transportation
(1) Evaporative air cooler packed with wooden crate or carton
(2) Keep dry and upright; Don’t stack up more than 2 units;
(3) Keep the unit vertical during transportation. The tilt angle shall be less than 15 degrees.
Pre-inspection and preparation before installing
(1) Check the components and documentation (e.g. Instruction, certificate and maintenance
card) against the packing list. If there in anything missing or damaged, keep it as it was and
report to the factory or local distributor.
(2) Check the power supply for correct voltage.
Installation methods
(1) Evaporative air cooler can be installed on the outer wall, with a side diffuser (an
electromotive swing air diffuser can be used to cover a bigger area);
(2) Evaporative air cooler
can be installed on the roof, with a multi-side air diffuser inside the
room;
(3) One or more coolers can be installed on the roof or outer wall, each connect to a duct to
send the cooled air evenly to the room or to the desired spot;
(4) A number of coolers can be installed on the roof or outer wall with connecting only one
pipe to central supply. You may add pressing blower if necessary.
(5) Mobile type can place freely based on different position.
Duct system design main point
(1) The duct is made of galvanized sheet, fiberglass and plastic.

(2) The air diffuser should be installed in the places where the temperature actual
need to be cooled. It depends on volume and velocity to select the specification of air
diffuser. The air diffuser is made of aluminum alloy or plastic and the type can be selected
according to the actual situation. We recommend both single and double deflection grille.
The average velocity in the duct is supposed to be at 36 m/s. The air draft can be
controlled as a regulating valve is proposed to use.
(3) The specification of the duct is designed by the hypothetical flow velocity, the wind
velocity in the main duct is kept at 68m/s, while in the branch is 45m/s and 34m/s
in the end.
(4) The duct system is required to be economical and to be kept sooth as well as quite,
that makes the perfect air draft. To reduce flow resistance, the elbow’s radius of curvature
is no less than 1.5 times the width of duct.
(5) The air duct should not be too long; the maximum length is 20m.
(6) Try to distribute the duct straightly to avoid the turnings or branches, and save the
duct cost.
(7) On the plan layout, try to adopt the electrical grill diffuser instead of the duct, if do
need the duct, try to make it shorter.
(8) Based on different airflow, variable sizes duct and reducer pipe is required. But the
reducer pipe cannot over 4 in a system. The length ≥2D-d
(9) The duct and air cooler unit joint should be connected with soft air pipe.
(10) Setting a valve or diffuser board is needed if any duct branch.
Power and water supply
(1) The water should be clean, tap water is often used and water source pressure
should be at 0.10~0.3 MPa (1~3kgf/cm2).
(2) There should be a stop valves (DN20) in the hose and obligate a pine joint.
(3) Keep the stable voltage supply at rated ±5 V.

(10) Check if the running cooler unit exist obvious vibration and scraping
Maintenance
(1) To make sure the evaporative air cooler unit cooling efficiency, you should often clean
the cooling pad. The water pressure cannot be high, don’t use hot water over 40. The
soft brush can be used to clean the dust.
(2) To avoid the freeze damage or insects, after long time no use. Close the water supply
first and drain over the water in the tank. It is necessary to add a mesh enclosure under the
storm.
Guarantee
(1) As we guaranteed during the warranty period, its free to offer spare parts for replace.
The warranty period is 2 years for the cooler unit, 2 years for the shell and the pads.
(2) During the warranty period, any problem caused by the appliance itself, we would be
responsible for it. The warranty will be immediately invalid if any defect or damage is the
result of any alteration.
