The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is intend to alert the user to the presence of
important operating and maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature accompanying the
appliance.

The crossed out “Wheelie bin” is intended to show that this appliance must not be placed with
ordinary household waste at the end of its useful life. To prevent possible harm to the environment or

Household users should contact either the retailer where you purchased the product, or their local

This unit is a “CLASS 1” laser product. This product uses a visible laser beam which could cause hazardous
radiation exposure. Ensure the player is operated as instructed. Do not look into the Laser whilst power
is applied. Do NOT modify or adjust any controls that may affect laser emissions. Should the appliance
become faulty consult a qualified technician.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. READ INSTRUCTIONS All the safety and operating instructions should be read before the appliance is
operated.
2. RETAIN INSTRUCTIONS The safety and operating instruction should be retained for future reference.
3. HEED WARNINGS All warnings on the appliance and in the operating instructions should be adhered to .
4. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS All operating and use instructions should be followed.
5. WATER AND MOISTURE The appliance should not be used near water, for example, near a bathtub,
washbowl, kitchen sink, laundry tub, swimming pool or in a wet basement.
6. VENTILATION The appliance should be situated so that its location or position does not interfere with its
proper ventilation, for example, the appliance should not be situated on a bed, sofa , rug or similar surface that
may block the ventilation openings.
7. HEAT The appliance should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators, heat radiators, stoves, or
other appliance (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
8. POWER SOURCES The appliance should be connected to a power supply only of the type described in the
operating instructions or as marked on the appliance.
9. POWER CORD PROTECTION Power supply cords should be routed so that they are not likely to be walked
on or pinched by items placed upon or against them, paying particular attention to cords at plugs, convenience
receptacles, and the point at which they exit from the appliance.
10. CLEANING . Use a soft cloth or duster. If the stains are sticky use a mild detergent. Do NOT use petrol based

fluids or abrasive cleaners, you will damage the surface.
11. NONUSE PERIODS The power cord of the appliance should be unplugged from the outlet when the appliance
is to be left unused for a long period of time.
12. OBJECT and LIQUID ENTRY Care should be taken so that objects do not fall and liquids are not spilled into
the enclosure through openings.
13. WALL MOUNTING If the appliance is mounted to a wall it should be mounted only as recommended by the
manufacturer.
14. SERVICING The user should not attempt to service the appliance beyond that described in the user’s
operating instructions. All other servicing should be referred to qualified service personnel.
15. ADAPTOR / TRANSFORMER The appliance is equipped with an adaptor / transformer. This adaptor converts
the input from the AC current to DC current.
16. On no account must appliance be connected to a socket on the wall without first passing through the supplied
adaptor. If for any reason the adaptor supplied ceases to operate, you should contact a qualified service
engineer
17. DAMAGE REQUIRING SERVICE The appliance should be serviced by qualified service personnel when:
A. The power-supply cord or plug has been damaged.
B. Objects have fallen into, or liquid has been spilled into the appliance enclosure.
C. The appliance has been exposed to rain.
D. The appliance has been dropped, or the enclosure damaged.
E. The appliance does not appear to operate normally or exhibits a marked change in performance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
ABOUT YOU AUDIO SYSTEM
Your audio system although resembling a guitar in design IS NOT A GUITAR, and the guitar strings are for display
purposes only and are not for playing. This product should be used for playing CD’s or the Radio while the product is
mounted on the stand or wall bracket supplied. This system should not be used while being held in you hands.
In the event that the guitar strings are stretched or broken through being used incorrectly, they are not covered by any
guarantee. The guitar strings can however be changed or renewed by following the instructions explained under.
Guitar Strings:
1. The strings on the guitar are fitted for cosmetic
appearance only and are not for playing.
2. These controls do not tighten or slacken the
strings and are for cosmetic appearance only.
In the unlikely event that a string needs
replacing, you should remove the neck of the
guitar from the body, (see instructions on
reverse side of guitar) and take the neck to a
musical instrument dealer.

INSTALLATION & ASSEMBLY
Remove the unit from the carton very carefully. It will be in two pieces the neck and the body, Retain all packing for
future use. You will also find a stand, a wall-mounting bracket, a mains adapter and a remote control in the carton. The
neck of the guitar fits snugly into the body along plastic rails that are moulded into the body of the guitar
(The plastic plug should be pushed into the back of the guitar after the neck has
been inserted into the body, in order to hold the neck in place. (See 2 This plug
should be removed if it becomes necessary to remove the neck.)
If you intend to use the unit on its stand, this should now be placed in the area where the unit will be used. The stand
has three legs. These legs should be spread out, and the top of the stand pushed firmly into the opening in order to
complete the assembly of the stand. The guitar should now be placed on the stand.
Assembly of the stand. The guitar should now be placed
on the stand.
If you intend to use the unit from the wall-mounting
bracket this should be screwed on the wall in the
appropriate position using suitable wall plugs
(Screws and raw plugs are supplied, but these may
not necessarily be correct for your installation.) The
guitar should be hung from the bracket as per the
above drawing.

Connecting the power cord
When you are satisfied that the product is resting
securely either on its stand or on the supplied wall
bracket, you should remove the adapter/transformer
from the packaging
Step 1 is to plug the jack plug of the power cord into the
guitar as per diagram above.
Step 2 is to plug the other end of the power cord on
which is located the transformer into a suitable socket
on the wall.
Handle the disks by its edge.
Keep the disc clean, do not dirty disc’s surface.
Dust and fingerprints can affect the reproduction quality of the CD.
Clean CD’s by carefully wiping the CD with a soft cloth.
Store the CD in a protective case.
To avoid damaging the disc, never use chemicals such as record sprays, anti static sprays, benzene, or
cleaning fluid.
Do not expose disks to direct sunlight, high humidity or high temperatures, for extended periods. Prolonged
exposure to high temperatures can warp the disc.

REMOTE CONTROL FUNCTIONS
Preparation before use
Installing batteries in the remote control unit
1. Remove the battery cover from the back of the remote control unit.
2. Insert two “UM3/AAA” size batteries.

terminals matching the indication inside the battery compartment.
3. Replace the cover.
Battery replacement
When the remote control operation becomes unstable or the distance from which remote control is possible becomes shorter,
replace the batteries with new ones.
Exhausted Batteries. Do not break open or throw on a fire exhausted batteries. Consult your locat waste authority for disposal
Using the remote control unit
To use the remote unit, point at the REMOTE SENSOR and press the buttons gently and firmly. Remote control operation is possible
within approximate 18ft(6m). However, since the remote control range is less when the unit is used at an angle, use directly in front
of the REMOTE SENSOR, for maximum distance.
Do not expose the REMOTE SENSOR to strong light (direct sunlight or artificial lighting) and make sure that there are no obstacles
between the REMOTE SENSOR and the remote control unit.

CONNECTIONS
A. Terminal for FM antenna.

the supplied antenna wire to your house

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
INSTALLATION
Unpack all parts and remove protective material.
Do not connect the unit to the mains before checking the mains voltage and before all other connections have been
made.
Do not cover any vents and make sure that there is a space of several centimeters around the unit for ventilation.
OPERATION / COMPACT DISC
Bear in mind the following points since any dirt; scratches or warping of the disc can cause broken or intermittent sound
and also noise.
When holding the discs, take care not to touch the playing surface.
Do not place discs in the following locations:
Near a heating device or place where the temperature is high;
In damp or dusty areas.
Wipe away any fingerprints or dust on the playing surface of a disc using a soft cloth. Always wipe from the inside
toward the outside of the disc.

OPERATION
POWER STANDBY ON/OFF
When you first plug the unit into the mains, the unit will go into standby mode.
You can press POWER to switch on the unit.
The unit stays in standby until the Power button is pressed.
For energy conservation and safety it is recommended that the mains adaptor is turned off at the socket when not
in use
LOADING THE DISC
Press the Function button Change to the CD mode.
Open the CD door.
Place a CD (printed side up) on the tray.
Close the CD door.
After a while, the display shows the CD total number of tracks .
PLAYING THE ENTIRE DISC
Press PLAY/PAUSE button in stop mode.
Play starts with the first track.
The display shows the current track number .
When all the tracks have been played, the CD player stops and the total number of tracks is shown on the display.

To stop play, press STOP button.
To interrupt play, press PLAY/PAUSE button in play mode.
To resume play, press the same button again.
SELECTING A DIFFERENT TRACK DURING PLAY
1. Press R-SKIP or F-SKIP until the required track number appears in the display.
2. “START TRACK AGAIN THAT IS CURRENTLY PLAYING” by pressing DN/R-SKIP. Press and hold F-SKIP to
quick search for the required passage in the current track and release the button for play to continue. The volume will
return to its normal level when the search button is released.
PROGRAMING TRACKS
Any desired tracks Up to 19 can be played in any order by program play.
1. Load a CD as described under inserting the disc.
2. If (PROGRAM) key is pressed during the CD stop mode, the system goes to the program mode. During the program
mode,the track number and PROGRAM display will fiash in the 500[ms] interval.
3. If (R-SKIP/F-SKIP) key is pressed, the system chooses the track number that it wants to register.
4. If (PROGRAM) key is pressed after choosing a track number, the system keeps the track number, and goes to next
program mode.
5. The system can hold 19 programs. After the system held 19 programs,it can`t keep another song.During the system
holding 19 programs,it can`t keep other program. PROGRAM display and “-- --“will flash in the 500[ms] interval.

6. If [STOP] key is pressed during the program mode, the system removes the contents of the program, and cancels
the program mode.
7. If [play] key is pressed during the system holding the program of more than one, it starts the program play. During
the program play, Display shows PROGRAM display.
8. If [R-SKIP / F-SKIP] key is pressed during the program play, the system skips to next / previous program.
9. If [STOP] key is pressed during the program play, the system stops the program play, and goes the stop mode, Until
[STOP] key is pressed during the stop the mode, the system keeps the contents of the program.
Radio Operation
FM. Press the Function button to select FM mode. Rotate the Tuning control to select the desired station. If the station
is weak or noisy try placing the wire aerial in another position.
AM. Press the Function button to select AM Mode. Rotate the Tuning control to srlect the desired station. If the station
is weak or noisy rotate the body of the guitar for optimum reception.
Headphones. A connector is provided for personal listening. When headphones are connected the
internal speakers are muted.
Extension Loudspeakers. If external loudspeakers are used, the plug will switch off the internal
speaker for each channel
