Heart Rate Monitor MD 41401 - Quick Guide
TIME MODE:
S/S : 12/24-hour clock
2 sec. M : display second timezone(DUAL)
2 sec. SET : Edit second timezone (DUAL) > set Hour > Minute > Year > Month > Day ;
Change parameter with S/S, goto next parameter and confirm single with M
ALARM MODE:
2 sec. M : Select alarm (ALMO1-ALMO8)
2 sec. SET : Set alarm time: Hour > Miinute
Change parameter with S/S, goto next parameter and
confirm single with M
S/S : Activate alarm for specific or all weekdays
(MON-SuN, ALL) or deactivate (off).
COUNTDOWN MODE (max. countdown-time: 9 h 59 min) :
2 sec. SET : Set countdown time: Hour > Minute
Change parameter with S/S; goto next parameter and confirm with M
ST : Start/stop countdown-timer; 2 sec. S/S : reset timer to original value
USET MODE (user settings)
2 sec. M: Select USET1 to USET4 (4 different user profiles can be saved).
2 sec. SET: Input personal values with S/S (gender, weight, height, year of birth,
day of birth) Change values with S/S; goto next value and confirm with M
STOPWATCH MODE (REV OFF = lap times mode; REV ON = recovery time mode) :
2 sec. SET : REV OFF/ON (see above), set upper and lower heart rate value
Confirm parameter with S/S; goto next parameter and confirm with M
lap time stopwatch:
S/S : Start, display and count laptime  2 x kort S/S : display total time;
then press 2 sec. M : display the times above, under and between the set heart rate range 
M : display average and maximum lap time
(AVRUN, MXRUN) -
M : display the lap times each time the button is pressed 
2 sec. M : Return to stopwatch mode
2 sec. S/S : clear lap times
Recovery times:
S/S : Start, count laptime 
3-minute-countdown recovery time
CALORIE/FAT BURNING MODE
(Values are only displayed, when the stopwatch is operating and the pulse is at least 100 bpm)
2 sec. M : Change between calorie consumption (KCAL) and fat breakdown (KG)
S/S : Switch the display from KG to lb (the personal weight is also displayed in lb then)
2 sec. SET : Set parameters for gender, weight, age and calorie burning.
Change parameters with S/S; goto next parameter and confirm with M
