What the warranty covers:
ViewSonicwarrantsitsproductstobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship,undernormal
use, during the warranty period. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during
thewarrantyperiod,ViewSonicwill,atitssoleoption,repairorreplacetheproductwithalikeproduct.
Replacement product or parts may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components.
How long the warranty is effective:
ViewSonicDigitalPhotoFramearewarrantedfor1yearforlaborfromthedateoftherstcustomer
purchase.
Who the warranty protects:
Thiswarrantyisvalidonlyfortherstconsumerpurchaser.
What the warranty does not cover:
1. Anyproductonwhichtheserialnumberhasbeendefaced,modiedorremoved.
2. Damage,deteriorationormalfunctionresultingfrom:
a. Accident,misuse,neglect,re,water,lightning,orotheractsofnature,unauthorized
productmodication,orfailuretofollowinstructionssuppliedwiththeproduct.
b. RepairorattemptedrepairbyanyonenotauthorizedbyViewSonic.
c. Causesexternaltotheproduct,suchaselectricpoweructuationsorfailure.
d. UseofsuppliesorpartsnotmeetingViewSonic’sspecications.
e. Normalwearandtear.
f. Anyothercausewhichdoesnotrelatetoaproductdefect.
3. Anyproductexhibitingaconditioncommonlyknownas“imageburn-in”whichresultswhenastatic
imageisdisplayedontheproductforanextendedperiodoftime.

totheattachedCustomerSupportpage).Youwillneedtoprovideyourproduct’sserialnumber,soplease

1. To obtain warranty service, you will be required to provide (a) the original dated sales slip, (b) your
name, (c) your address, (d) a description of the problem, and (e) the serial number of the product.
2. TakeorshiptheproductintheoriginalcontainerpackagingtoanauthorizedViewSonicservicecenter.
3. Roundtriptransportationcostsforin-warrantyproductswillbepaidbyViewSonic.
Limitation of implied warranties:
Therearenowarranties,expressorimplied,whichextendbeyondthedescriptioncontainedherein
includingtheimpliedwarrantyofmerchantabilityandtnessforaparticularpurpose.
Exclusion of damages:
ViewSonic’sliabilityislimitedtothecostofrepairorreplacementoftheproduct.ViewSonicshallnotbeliable
for:
1. Damagetootherpropertycausedbyanydefectsintheproduct,damagesbaseduponinconvenience,
lossofuseoftheproduct,lossoftime,lossofprots,lossofbusinessopportunity,lossofgoodwill,
interference with business relationships, or other commercial loss, even if advised of the possibility of
such damages.
2. Anyotherdamages,whetherincidental,consequentialorotherwise.
3. Anyclaimagainstthecustomerbyanyotherparty.
4. RepairorattemptedrepairbyanyonenotauthorizedbyViewSonic.
