With masking tape, cover the area where the mounting brackets
will be placed. This should be done at all points where the tower
will make contact with the deck as well as the surrounding area.
This will help to eliminate scratches to your boat while adjusting and
measuring your tower attachment points.
With your tape measure, measure the distance across the beam of
your boat where the rear mounts will be xed and write down the
measurement numbers.
Next, measure up from the rear mounts to the front mounting loca-
tions and mark a general location on the masking tape where the
mount will sit.
Connect the 2 rear vertical bent tower bars to the top cross bar.
Now position the feet the same distance as the measurement you
have from the rear mount beam distance.
Note: Both SIDE and TOP mounts are possible. For a side mount, be
sure to add 1 1/2” to both sides of your tower bar width so a total of
3 additional inches. This is to compensate for the mounting feet.

After conrming (double check) that your measurements are cor-
rect, secure all three bars and the tow bar in the correct position.
To do this you will need to drill (using a 5/8” drill bit) 4 holes through
the two vertical bent bars aligned with the pre-drilled holes in the
top cross bar. Then take the four supplied M10 bolts and nylon lock
nuts, and connect the three tower sections together.
Attach the tower ttings and mounting feet to the tower legs using
the bolts provided and secure these with an Allan wrench.
Bring the assembled portion of the tower up and over the rear
mounting area and position the mounts over the marks that you
made in step 2.
Now mark the drill locations using the mounting pad as a template.

Remove the tower from the boat and drill the holes with your 5/8”
drill bit. After your holes have been drilled, remove the masking
tape from the rear mount location.
Then place the tower back on the location with a rubber
mounting plate between the tower mount and the deck
surface. On the underside of the deck a backing plate
will also need to be installed.
Note: In the case where the deck of your boat is less then
1/4” thick, a reinforcing kit is required to thicken and rein-
force the deck in the mounting locations.
Once the mount and its pats are assembled they can
then be secured in position with a wrench.
Note: When folding the tower the mounts will rotate on the
surface of the deck. When fastening the mount to the boat
deck, ensure that the mount is securely tightened in posi-
tion but not overly tight that it will prevent the mount from
rotating.
Attach the rear bars to the front bars with the mounting ttings and
fasteners supplied.
All mounts are designed to swivel to ensure a square and even
installation.
Once all the ttings are correctly aligned they must then be rmly
secured in position with an Allen wrench. We recomend using a
Loctite Threadlocker during the installation of these fasteners.

To fold the tower we recommend removing the 2 fasteners that connect the top of each rear
leg to the front legs. This will allow you to fold the rear legs back (or remove them) and allow
the front legs to fold back and rest on the deck of the boat. The fasteners that connect the
legs to the mounts may also require loosening before folding the tower.
When folding the tower down you will notice that the tower mounts will rotate on the nylon
washers located under the mount on the surface of the deck.



