SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Read this user manual carefully before operating the slow juicer. Keep this user manual
for future reference. Do not use the slow juicer for any other purpose than described in
this user manual.
Do not use parts made by other manufacturers in this slow juicer. If a part is damaged or
the slow juicer does not operate correctly, contact us at [email protected].
Do not attempt to repair the slow juicer yourself.
This slow juicer is intended for household use only. It is not intended for commercial
use.
Before operating the slow juicer, make sure the slow juicer is connected to an electric
power source that matches the rated voltage. Only connect the slow juicer to a grounded
wall socket. Always make sure that the plug is inserted into the wall socket properly.
Before operating the slow juicer, check all parts for any damage. Do not operate the
slow juicer if the plug, the power cord, or the slow juicer itself is damaged. If the power
cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by the manufacturer to avoid the hazard of
re or shock. Contact us at [email protected]. Never dismantle the slow
juicer or the warranty may be void.
Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces. Do not let the power cord hang over the
edge of a table or counter.
Keep the slow juicer and its power cord out of the reach of children when the slow juicer
is switched on.
Do not plug in the slow juicer or operate the slow juicer with wet hands.
Do not connect the slow juicer to a timer.
The blades in the slow juicer are sharp. Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep fi ngers
and hard objects out of the feed inlet during operation and while the slow juicer is
connected to a power supply. Any contact with the screw rod during operation could
cause injury or damage the slow juicer.
Do not leave the slow juicer unattended while it is operating.
Do not operate for more than 30 minutes continuously.

CAUTION:
Only connect to a properly grounded outlet to prevent the risk of electric shock.
CAUTION!
To avoid circuit overload, do not operate another high
wattage appliance on the same outlet or circuit.
To prevent injury and damage, use the Pressing Rod to help push food through the feed
inlet. Do not use other objects, such as silverware or utensils, to push food through the
feed inlet. Do not use your hands to push food through the feed inlet. If food becomes
stuck, turn off the slow juicer, disconnect the power cord, then remove the food that is
stuck.
To prevent the slow juicer from being damaged during use, do not add hard objects
(e.g. nuts), fi ber-rich food (e.g. sugar cane), food that contain a small amount of juice
(e.g. bananas, apricots), and non-food items to the feed inlet. Food that contains seeds
or pits, such as apples or grapes, should have the seeds removed before juicing to
prevent damage to the juicer. The core of pineapple should be removed.
After juicing, switch the Power Button to the OFF position. Do not dismantle the juicing
components until the motor is completely stopped and the power cord has been
unplugged. Always unplug the slow juicer after use.
Before cleaning, disconnect the power supply.
Do not immerse the base of the slow juicer in water or rinse under the tap. To clean the
exterior of the slow juicer, wipe the exterior with a soft damp cloth. See the Cleaning
Instructions for more information on cleaning the slow juicer.
Store the slow juicer in a dry place away from direct sunlight and away from children.
Unplug from the power outlet when not in use.
This slow juicer is not intended for use by children; by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities; or by persons with lack of experience and knowledge
using this slow juicer, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
the use of this slow juicer by a person responsible for their safety. Children should
be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the slow juicer. Cleaning and user
maintenance should not be done by children.

The electric water kettle and its base are NOT dishwasher
safe. Do not place any of the parts in the dishwasher or
submerge them in liquid.

Wash fruit and vegetables before juicing them.
Food that contains seeds or pits, such as apples or grapes, should have the seeds
removed before juicing to prevent damage to the juicer.
Do not add low-moisture foods (e.g., bananas, apricots) to the inlet.
Do not add non-food items to the feed inlet.
Remove pineapple cores before juicing.
Fruits and vegetables should be cut into pieces small enough to slide easily into the
food inlet.
Use fruit and vegetables that are suitable for juicing, including the following:
Thoroughly clean the fi lter between uses. Unclean fi lter may clog juicer and cause more
pulp in your juice.

1. Make sure the slow juicer base and
parts have been cleaned according
to the Cleaning the Slow Juicer
instructions.
2. On the Feeding Cylinder, insert the
orange rubber gasket into the Pulp
Ejection Spout. This prevents juice
from being discharged through the
Pulp Ejection Spout – all juice will be
discharged through the Juice Spout.

Before First Use
Clean the slow juicer according to the cleaning instructions.
See Cleaning the Slow Juicer.

3. Place the Feeding Cylinder on the base
of the slow juicer and turn clockwise to
lock into place.
5. Place the Screen Cylinder/Screen Brush
inside the Base and turn clockwise until
it clicks into place. Make sure the arrows
on the Screen Cylinder and the Base are
aligned.
4. Place the Screen Cylinder inside the
Screen Brush – push down on the
Screen Cylinder until it clicks into place.
6. Place the Rotor inside the Screen
Cylinder and push the Rotor down until
it clicks into place. The small opening
on the side of the Rotor should be
facing down. If necessary, turn the Rotor
clockwise until it is properly in place.

7. Place the Cover on the Base, then turn
the Cover clockwise until it clicks into
place. Make sure the lock icon on the
Cover aligns with the arrow on the
Feeding Cylinder.
8. Attach the Juice Extracting Mouth to the
Juice Spout on the Feeding Cylinder.
4. Connect the power cord to the power
outlet.
The slow juicer has three
settings. Turn the slow
juicer to the ON setting.
ON (up position): Turn on
the slow juicer to make
juice.
OFF (center position):
Turn off the slow juicer.
REVERSE (down position): Reverses
the direction of the Rotor. Use this
setting to unclog the slow juicer if food
becomes stuck.

Before operating the slow juicer, determine what you want to juice. See Helpful Hints for
more information.
1. Make sure the juicer is properly assembled. See Assembling the Juicer for more
information.
2. Place the Base on a dry, horizontal, and level surface.

3. Place the Juice Cup under the Juice
Spout and place the Pulp Cup under the
Pulp Ejection Spout.
5. Start placing food into the feed inlet. Use the Pressing Rod to help push the food through.
Do not operate for more than 30 minutes continuously.
If food becomes stuck or the pulp starts to clog, do the following:
Turn the slow juicer to the REVERSE setting for 3-5 seconds to unclog the food.
Repeat if necessary.
If the food remains stuck, turn off the slow juicer, then disassemble the slow juicer to
remove the food that is stuck.
6. When you are fi nished juicing, turn the slow juicer to the OFF setting and unplug the
power cord from the power outlet.

CLEANING THE SLOW JUICER
TROUBLESHOOTING
The slow juicer should be cleaned after every use.
1. Make sure the slow juicer is turned off and has cooled down, and the power cord is
unplugged.
2. Dissemble the parts using the reverse procedure in the Assembling the Juicer section.
3. Use the Cleaning Brush to clean the parts, including removing excess pulp. Let the parts
air dry or wipe dry with a dry cloth.
Do not use a wire brush to clean the parts, as this could cause damage.
Do not place the parts or the base in the dishwasher.
Thoroughly clean the fi lter between uses. Unclean fi lter may clog juicer and cause
more pulp in your juice.
4. Clean the Base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse or rinse the Base in water. Let the
Base air dry or wipe dry with a dry cloth.
The slow juicer does not
operate.
Make sure the power cord in plugged into a power outlet.
Make sure the parts have been assembled properly.
The juice is not
discharging properly /
juice is discharging from
the Pulp Ejection Spout.
Make sure the orange rubber gasket is inserted into the
Pulp Ejection Spout tightly.
Make sure the parts have been assembled properly.
The slow juicer stops
operating while in use.
Make sure there is not food stuck in the feed inlet. If food
is stuck, use the Pushing Rod to push the food through.
Turn the slow juicer to the REVERSE setting for 3-5
seconds to unclog the food. Repeat if necessary.
The slow juicer makes
a high-pitched noise
during juicing.
This noise is normal – it is the noise of the motor running
during use.

Feed the spinach and kale, followed by the cucumber and green apple, through the feed
inlet according to the Operating the Slow Juicer instructions. Drink immediately or let chill

If the grapefruit, orange, and pineapple are not in season, used the canned variety packed
in its own juice or water – do not used canned fruit packed in syrup. Chop all ingredients.

Leftover Pulp
The leftover pulp from your juice can be used for other purposes:
Blend the pulp in another juice recipe.
Make a vegetable broth by boiling the pulp with water and other herbs and spices, then
strain the pulp after simmering.
Add vegetable pulp to pasta sauce or lasagna.
Use fruit pulp to make frozen popsicles.
Use in homemade veggie burgers or meatballs to add fl avor and nutrients.
Add fruit pulp to oatmeal.
Layer fruit pulp with yogurt, fresh berries, and granola.
Add to scrambled eggs.
Stuff vegetable pulp into peppers.
