Clean or replace strainer

and replace O-ring

Service on ejector / O-rings

Remove ejector from

valve body

Replace complete ejector/

For service on O-rings:

replace O-rings A, B and C

Oil O-rings and place ejector

Tightening sequence

Allen key 5 mm

Torque 10 Nm ± 1

Mount the ejector with screws

Allen key 5 mm

Dismount strainer

Clean / replace strainer/

replace O-rings D and E

Mount strainer with screws

Assemble strainer

Oil O-rings and place strainer in valve

= compressor oil

Tighteninig sequence

Allen key 5 mm

Torque 10 Nm ± 1

Service on connectors

1. Remove connectors with O-rings

2. Replace O-rings and place new connectors

3. Mount new connectors with screws:

- 6 mm screws torque: 10 Nm ± 1 Nm

- 8 mm screws torque: 27.5 Nm ± 2.5 Nm
