• FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURER’S INSTRUCTIONS.

• DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED.

• THE HARNESS MUST ALWAYS BE USED AND CORRECTLY FITTED.

MOST INJURIES FROM HIGHCHAIRS ARE CAUSED BY FALLS.

• POSITION THE HIGHCHAIR AWAY FROM SOLID STRUCTURES AND

BENCHES TO AVOID INJURIES CAUSED BY FALLS AND BY ACCESS

TO DANGEROUS ITEMS.

• DO NOT USE THIS HIGHCHAIR UNTIL THE CHILD IS CAPABLE OF

RELIABLY AND CONSISTENTLY SITTING UPRIGHT.

• The weight of the child using the highchair should not exceed 15kg.

• The child should be secured in the highchair at all times by the restraining

system.

• Check that the highchair is fully erected and ensure that all locks are

engaged before placing a child in it.

• Ensure that the highchair is placed on a flat, even, horizontal and stable

surface.

• Do not elevate the highchair on any structure or table.

• To reduce the risk of injury, position the highchair away from furniture,

walls, hot surfaces, hot liquids, window coverings, window cords and

electrical cords. Position the highchair away from furniture when the chair

is not being used at a table with the tray removed.

• Do not raise, lower, fold or move the highchair when a child is in it.

• Make sure children and their fingers are clear of any moving parts.

• Do not allow children to stand on the seat, as the highchair may become

unstable.

• To avoid danger of suffocation, keep any plastic bags away from babies

and children.

• Regularly inspect the highchair for any part that is loose, broken, torn or

missing. Attend to the problem as soon as it is noticed.

• Do not use the highchair if it is not working correctly and immediately seek

repair.

• Use only those accessories which are supplied by Dorel Australia

and approved for use with this highchair.

• This product is not intended for commercial use.

• This product complies with AS 4684-2009, and

EN 14988-1/2:2006 & A1:2012.

Step 1: join the backrest

• Insert the posts of the backrest

into the holes of the seat until

thexingmechanismclicksinto

place (Figure 1a).

• Ensure that the outer posts go

into the outer grooves and are

forced through until they clip

together.Theinnerpostswillt

and lock into the narrow slot.

Step 2: to attach the footrest

• Lay the seat upside down, and align the

footrest so that the two brackets (A) are

next to the tabs on the seat, and the two

pegs (B) are next to the two holes at the

sides of the seat, (Figure 1b).

• Slidefootresttoinsert,xingtotheseat.

• Ensurethatthefootrestisrmlyattached

and all tabs engaged before use.

Step 3: to attach the legs

• Join the lower leg (A) and upper leg (B)

together, making sure that the pin and

its hole are aligned.

• Push the pin down with your thumb to

slide into the slot (Figure 2a).

• Insert the upper end of each leg into a

retaining post (C) at bottom of the seat.

• With the pin aligned to the groove push

in all the way, then swivel until the

retaining pin pops out (Figure 2b).

• Repeat for other legs.

Step 5: to attach the meal tray

• Squeeze the handles (A) underneath

both sides of the meal tray and slide

the meal tray forward onto the armrests

(B, Figure 3b).

• Release the handles to lock the meal

tray into place.

• You can adjust the meal tray position

by squeezing the handles and moving

the meal tray backwards or forwards.

Ensure the tray locks into place.

• To remove the meal tray, squeeze

handles and slide the tray outwards.

Step 4: to attach the harness

• Feed the harness shoulder straps through

the backrest in the desired slots (Figure 3a).

• There are two slot heights: adjust the shoulder

straps to suit your child.

• Ensurethatthestrapendsarettedcorrectly

by pulling them, to ensure they do not dislodge.

Make sure that the straps are not twisted,

to prevent discomfort to the child.

• Ensurethatthestrapendsareatagainst

the back (A) and bottom of the seat so that

they do not pull through the slots.

• Repeat above for waist strap and crotch strap.

• Remove the upper leg sections (A)

of each leg (Figure 4), and replace

the lower leg section directly into the

retaining post underneath the seat

(usingthesamexingbrackets).

• The harness straps can be adjusted by moving

each strap’s slider.

• The buckle is released by squeezing the buckle

tongues together.

Use this harness at all times.

• Always store the unit in a clean and dry place.

• Wipe with soft, damp cloth and warm, soapy water and allow to dry.

• A mild disinfectant may be used if desired.

• Do not use abrasives, spray lubricants, bleach or strong detergents.

• Regularly check for loose parts and tighten when required. Damaged or broken parts

should be replaced.
