Power failure „frost-control“ display
IfnAappearsinthedisplay,thismeansthatthefreezertempera-
turehasrisentoohighduringthelastfewhoursordaysduetoa
powerfailure.
Ifyoupressthe„ALARM“buttonwhilstthedisplayisreadingnA,
thehighesttemperatureregisteredduringthepowerfailurewill
bedisplayed.Checkthequalityofthefoodanditssuitabilityfor
consumptionincaseithasbecometoowarmorevendefrosted.
Thehighesttemperaturewillappearforappox.1minute.Afterthat,
theactualtemperatureinthefreezerwillre-appear.Thedisplay
canbeswitchedoffbyrepeatedlypressingthe„ALARM“button.
Audible warning signal
Theapplianceisequippedwithanalarmfunction.
Audible/visual temperature alarm:
Itsoundswhenitisnotcoldenoughinthefreezercompartment.
Thetemperaturedisplaywillalsoflash;
Theaudiblewarningdeviceisswitchedoffbypressingthe button.
Thetemperaturedisplaywillcontinuetoflashuntilthecauseof
thealarmhasbeenrectified.
This can be caused by:
• thefreezerdoorbeingleftopenforalongtime,allowingwarm
ambientairtoenter;
• alongpowerfailure;
• afaultintheappliance.
Ineachcase,makesurefoodhasnotdefrostedorperished.

-Whenpressingoneofthebuttonsforthefirsttime,thedisplay
willstarttoflash.
-Pressingthisbuttonagainenablesyoutochangethetemperature
setting.
-The electronic controls will switch over automatically about
5secondsafterthelasttimeyoupressedthebutton,andthe
actualtemperaturewillbedisplayed.
- Youcanchangethetemperatures
intherefrigeratorbetween9°Cand2°C
inthefreezerbetween-16°Cand-26°C.

Temperature display
Innormaloperation,theaveragerefrigeratortemperature7and
thewarmestfrozenfoodtemperature
1willbedisplayed.
Whenstartingupforthefirsttimeorwhentheapplianceiswarm,
dasheswillappearuntilthetemperaturereachesalevelthatcan
bedisplayed(19°to0°Cintherefrigeratorandbelow0°Cinthe
freezer).
IfF1 toF5appearsinthedisplay,theappliancehasafault.Con-
sultthecustomerservicedepartmentindicatingthefaultnumber
displayed.
