•Use only the voltage specified on the rating plate.
•Burns can occur from touching hot surfaces or steam. Caution should be taken
when handling this appliance during and immediately after cooking. Be careful
when removing the lid during cooking as steam will escape. Use the handle only.
•To protect against risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury do not immerse
control panel assembly, cord or plugs in water or other liquids.
•This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
•Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
•Unplug the appliance from the power outlet when not in use, before putting on or
taking off parts and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off
parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
•If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
•Use only accessories recommended or supplied by an authorised service centre or
qualified dealer. The use of accessories not intended for use with this appliance
may cause injuries to the user or damage the appliance.
•Use this appliance only as described in this manual. Any other use is not
recommended by the manufacturer and may cause electric shock or injury.
•This appliance is intended for household use only, not for commercial or industrial

•Indoor use only, do not use outdoors.
•Do not allow cord to hang over the edge of the work surface or come into contact
with heated surfaces, such as the oven, during operation.
•Do not place this appliance near ahot gas or electric burner, or in an electric oven.
•This appliance should not be moved when it has hot oil in it.
•This appliance should always be switched off before connecting or disconnecting
from the mains supply.
•Do not remove plug from power outlet by pulling flex - always grip plug.
•Always disconnect the plug from the power outlet before moving, cleaning or
emptying of food.
•Do not twist, kink or wrap the cord around the appliance, as this may cause the
insulation to weaken and split.
•Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning or storing.
•Do not use this appliance on a wet surface, or where it can fall or be pushed into
water, i.e., near sinks, baths, or showers.
•Do not reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. Switch off at the power
supply and unplug immediately.
•Appliance must not be immersed.
•The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or a
separate remote-control system
