Lowe’s + Serta Return Process:

Goal: Create a Lowe’s + Serta return process that is seamless for customer and Lowe’s store

associate.

A customer purchasing Serta mattress from a Lowe’s store will have 90-day return window

(comfort guarantee) to determine if mattress meets expectations. Serta recommends 4 weeks to

adjust to a new mattress as foams and support system will adapt to sleeper over time. You can

feel confident when you bring home a new Serta mattress as it is built with CertiPur®-US certified

foams, is 100% USA assembled, and backed by Serta’s 10-year limited warranty.

Quick Guide:

1. Serta Consumer Care team available at 888-55-SERTA (73782) to address mattress

questions/concerns. Team is equipped to address product related questions and/or assist

with comfort issues.

2. If customer issue/concern cannot be addressed and return is imminent, customer will initiate

return with Lowe’s Customer Care at 800-445-6937.

3. If mattress returned to store, Lowe’s Store Associate should remove law tag from mattress
