4. Use a paper towel and wipe off grease

from the evaporator coils.

5. Apply thermal mastic to the coils.

IMPORTANT!

To achieve freezer and refrigerator temperature performance it is ex-

tremely important that thermal mastic is applied to the evaporator coils!

Thermal mastic is a heat transfer compound applied to the evaporator coils of the

cooling unit at points where they make metal to metal contact with the freezer plate

and ns of the refrigerator. Thermal mastic greatly enhances the cooling ability of

the cooling unit, and failure to use it will result in poor cooling and give the false im-

pression that the new unit is defective.

INSTRUCTION

1. Open box and locate the thermal mastic

tube.

2. Using a knife, cut off the tip of the tube.

Cut at the 5/16 measuring mark.

3. Place tube in skeleton gun.
