The ICY BOX IB-330STU3-B is an external aluminium enclosure for 1x 3.5" SATA HDDs with USB 3.0 interface. It features a premium aluminium enclosure, unlimited HDD capacity, and transfer rates of up to 5 Gbit/s. It's downwardly compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1, supports Plug & Play and Hot Swap, and has LED indicators for power and HDD access. It also has a low noise, fanless design and is compatible with Windows XP/VISTA/7 and MAC OS >9.1 operating systems. The EasySwap® HDD tray allows for screwless HDD installation, and the front panel is lockable for added security.

At first sight it appears like understatement. A closer look discloses profound
qualities. Heat dissipating aluminium enclosure, patented HDD tray with silicon
buffers to protect the HDD (3.5" SATA). Inserion and exchange of the HDD without
screws and tools, the tray is compatible with ICY BOX NAS IB-NAS6210 and
6220. Front panel lockable. USB 3.0 interface for fastest data transfer.
