and easily serve freshly made mash in portions.

1. Place the machine on a at Connect the plug to an

Note: Make sure air is able to circulate freely
behind the machine.
2. Connect the factory-supplied tube to the cold water feed using a ½” R- connection
piece. Make sure no folding or sharp bending occurs when you push the machine
back in place.
If the water pipeline is new, ush the system with water rst to remove
copper shavings. These can damage the inlet valve.
3. Open the water tap.
4. Hit the ON/OFF switch inside the panel.
The water tank will ll automatically with
1.8 litres of water.
The element will not be powered until the water
reaches the level indicator.
the temperature is set to 85º Celsius.
5. Shut the panel door. The mash machine is ready
to be used within approx. 10 minutes.

Remove the concentrate container to avoid
spilling the concentrate in the machine) and ll

1. Twist the concentrate tube up out of the
blender cup.
2. Lift the front edge of the concentrate
container and pull out.
3. Lift the lid and ll with concentrate.
7. When placing the concentrate container
Make sure the concentrate tube is close to
the condensation traps (A), as illustrated.

5. OPERATION; Portion preparation. Fast Mash New
Portion preparation:
1. Place the mash scoop in the holder (A).
2. PRESS the button Large or Small Mash once.
The potato mash machine will make one portion of potato mash of the
size set.
3. Wait until the light stops ashing before removing the mash scoop.

Rinsing the blender system: Cleaning of valves and blender system.
The blender cup can be cleaned easily using the cleaning button.
We recommend you clean/rinse the entire blender system at least once a day.

1. Loosen and remove the holder for the mash scoop.
2. Centre a large cup on the drip tray.
3. Open the door. Press the cleaning button (1)
4. The machine starts by tapping valves
and then rinsing the mixer and blender cup.
Rinsing:
When the button marked "Rinsing" is depressed water at the temperature that
the thermostat is set to rinse through the blender cup and whisk housing.
Preferably place the scoop in the container to collect the water.
This function must be used before preparation starts if the machine has not been used
within the last hour.
We recommend running the rinse function at least every ve portions.
Please make a habit of regularly use the rinsing function.

5. Wash disassembled parts and ensure that they are completely dry before
re tting them and before the mash machine is used again.

Reassemble the blender system.
6. Reassemble the blender system in the reverse order.
IMPORTANT! When re tting the wish, the plane side A of the whisk motor shaft must correspond
with marking B on the whisk.
Wash these parts and re t them.

Note: The container for the potato mash powder must be washed in warm water using detergent
once a week.

Error message
If the mash machine is maintained and cleaned as recommended, it will
work faultlessly.
If problems occur despite this:
No potato mash comes after pressing the button
"Large mash" or "Small mash"
- open the door and ensure that potato mash has not stuck in the blender cup
and caused a stop.
If so is the case, disassemble the whisk housing etc and clean.
The mash machine sounds odd (the whisk is running hard): Disassemble the
tting plate and ensure that potato mash has not dried in behind this.
If so, clean, re t the parts and try again.
If this does not help - contact the servicing company stated.
Water dripping from the whisk housing. This is a sign that the valve
that controls the amount of water for each portion is worn.
This must be recti ed by a servicing company certi ed by Crem International AB.

9. Reset the cup counter. Fast Mash New
Reset the cup counter:
1. Remove the concentrate container. The display shows number of cups.
2. To reset the counter: Press button to position Reset Counters.
3. Press button to reset the counter.
4. Con rm the new setting by pressing button .
Cup counter:
The machine has a built-in Cup Counter that can be reset.

Long-term storage and transportation
1. Switch off the machine, unplug it and close the water tap.
2. The machine must not be stored in freezing temperatures, and all water must
removed before long-term storage.
Emptying the water tank.
1. Shut off the machine. Switch of the water tap for the machine.
Note: Remember that the water in the tank is very hot.
2. Loosen the water hook-up (1) and unplug the power cord (2).
3. Next pull out the service plug (3) located on the back of the machine.
