Ignoring Broadcast Wave Format
(BWF) Timecodes When Importing
You can ignore embedded timecodes (playback-start times in audio
data) when importing Broadcast Wave Format (BWF) audio data
(.WAV).
1. Press the [MENU] button to access the menu.
2. Select “SYSTEM.”
The SYSTEM screen appears.
3. Select “STORAGE PREF.”
STORAGE PREF screen appears.
4. Touch “IGNORE BWF TIME REF.”
The IGNORE BWF TIME REF setting screen appears.
5. Select whether to ignore or not ignore BWF timecodes.
Value Explanation
OFF
BWF timecodes are not ignored.
Audio data is imported at the times specied by the BWF
timecodes, from lowest to highest take number.
* If a le having a high take number species a time earlier than
a le that has a lower take numbers, the le with the lower
take number is not imported.
ON
BWF timecodes are ignored.
Audio data is imported packed toward the beginning in
ascending take-number order, starting at a song start time of
“00h00m00s00f.”
6. Press the [MENU] button to return to the home screen.
Automatic Call-up of the Next Song
“Play Standby” has been added to the playback modes.
With Play Standby, when a song is played to the end, the system
automatically calls up the next song, then stops.
This lets you play back a series of songs in succession just by using
the [PLAY] button.
1. At the home screen, touch the playback mode icon to
select “Play Standby” (
).
Each touch of the icon changes to the next playback mode in
sequence.
MEMO
• If a song contains added markers, playback operation also stops
right before each marker.
• When at the nal song in the song list, no automatic stop takes
place when the song is played to the end.
